Ordered on the app, said it would be done at 5:57, got there at 5:58, app even said it was being packed up, it wasn’t. It took them 5 minutes to acknowledge the line in the lobby, then when I told them my order, they started packing the strips, then came and said the biscuits still had 5 minutes. When I finally got my order, it was 6:20. I live 2 min from this store. Once I got the food home, all the food was cold, and the biscuits were still doughy

Went in last night at 8. I wanted two number 9 ‘s that’s a chicken sandwich and fries and nuggets . Said they only have one sandwich it would be ten minutes so I went to sat down 20 minutes later they said I had to wait on nuggets , 8:30 they said I had to wait on fries. Drive thur orders we’re going out fine. They just left me sitting there for over 30 minutes. Never in my life had an experience that bad , yes I’m still mad . There is no excuse for there actions. Got up and got my money back .

Ordered a 3pc meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and slaw. Didn’t receive my sides. Called in and the response I got was if you want to come get or sides we will make a note of it for next time. The quality of the food was great!! But I shouldn’t have to drive back 15 minutes because someone didn’t do their job correctly and also I expect a little bit more then they will give me my sides next time I come in!!

We all got the kfc famous bowls.. can’t go wrong with those! They changed the chicken in them.. I believe to the new chicken nuggets… but was still good and hit the spot. The only thing I would complain about is their drive thru accuracy. They always seem to leave something out…

Honestly the owners should shut this place down! The people that work there are so incompetent! They are rude! Nasty! And just don’t care! They never get orders right! They never know what they are doing or should be doing! The store is always nasty! This is the third time I have given them a chance since moving to the community last year. I will not be back! I will drive to Asheville before going to this trash dump again! To the KFC owners! For the sake of our community please close this store untill you can finde competent management and staff to run it!

I called 20 minutes before I was gonna arrive and told them I wanted 8 chicken wings. Lady said it would be 16 minutes before they were ready. Got there told them who I was and she said it would be 13 minutes. Well 20 minutes later I had to go inside to get my food which was sitting to the side. Do NOT go there unless you have time to waste!!! This has happened several times. Will NOT be back.
