I had heard about the new chicken nuggets that KFC had, so I wanted to go and try them. I got the 12 piece nugget combo, which came with fries and a drink. I also got a large side of mac and cheese to share. We ordered on the app for pick-up, and it was pretty easy to pick up the food. We parked outside, went inside, and there was a pick-up area that had a bag with my name on it. The chicken nuggets were pretty good, and went well with the ranch dipping sauce I ordered. The french fries were also good. The mac and cheese tastes like I remember, years ago. It’s pretty bland and flavorless, but the nostalgia of the taste makes it worth it. I did not interact much with the workers, other than saying “thank you” as I was walking out the door, but our order was correct and there were no issues.

Absolutely astonishing at how little the amount of spicy sauce they put on my chicken sandwich. Then they said they wouldn’t give me more because they can’t charge me for it. Offered to give me Buffalo sauce, but charge me 25 cents per.

Unfriendly staff. We were told that we should call ahead next time because we ordered a 12 pc chicken bucket and managment said it was going to take all there chicken. (Sorry you would need to make more and actually work). Looking back we should have just took our Business to Ingles next door. The chicken ended up being dry and horrible. Not the first time the food and service has not been good.

Barely any sauce on my spicy sandwich. When I asked for more the kitchen informed the young lady upfront that they couldn’t give me any because they had no way to charge for it. I wasn’t planning on paying extra for it anyways, seeing as there was barely anything on it to begin with.

Absolutely the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Last week they got my order completely wrong. Today we went into the drive-thru trying to give them another shot. The woman wiped her hand on her shirt and I didn’t think anything about it until I grabbed the bag and the bottom was covered in mayonnaise. She then burst out laughing at me. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me there wasn’t one, and shut the window on me. I wanted to go in but I was so mad that my wife wouldn’t let me. I will never eat at another KFC again.
