Highly impressed by how clean this establishment was! My daughter and I’d been out and about all day long and needed to take a break and get a bite to eat. We decided to stop at KFC since it was close to the mall, and I’m glad we did. It was nice and cool inside (nice on this super hot day), clean, comfortable seating, and everyone was friendly. We both got the spicy chicken sandwich meal, which we both really enjoyed. The chicken and fries were perfectly crispy, and service was fast! We will definitely be back!

Easy ordering on KFC app and then picking up our order. Food was prepared exactly as it should be- hot, fresh, and delicious! We enjoyed sharing the tenders, original recipe chicken, gravy/ mashed potatoes, and coleslaw for 2 meals. Well we didn’t exactly share the coleslaw equally… I had some for my lunch also!! Love their coleslaw. Staff was busy but pleasant too.

The worst service ever. Order wrong. Window person left didn’t give me time to ask. I wNted a reciept. We order 2 piece chicken meal. He got 2 drum sticks. Mashed potatoes. And tea. No green beans. I only wanted wing. She said had to buy 4 or 6 piece

The young man behind the counter was very friendly, and courteous. There was no line, so I ordered immediately. The dining area was extremely clean, and my food came up quickly, and was hot and fresh. No complaints.

I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and nobody is paying attention to the counter because they are cleaning now I know from experience that when you clean you also pay attention to your customers. The young girl who did approach me accused me of yelling at another employee I wasn’t yelling I was using my voice to get somebody’s attention. Also I looked to see passed the counter to see if there was anyone at the drive thru window and sure enough there was a young lady eating her food at the drive thru window. REALLY HAVE YOU NO BRAINS. YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO TAKE A LUNCH BREAK IN THE BREAK ROOM OR WHERE EVERYONE ELSE EATS, NOT WHERE THE FOOD GETS PREPARED!!! WHOEVER OWNS THIS STORE NEEDS TO GIVE THESE EMPLOYEES A SURPRISE VISIT!!!

One of the few places that I can get pretty darn good chicken livers at! Very friendly and accommodating staff, food is usually very good, once in a while takeout is not very warm or a mistake made on the order itself. I probably get a takeout chicken dinner there at least once a month and I still think the chicken is more tender and tastier than any other chicken fast food place (exception is Popeye’s).

Just left KFC and to say I’m disappointed is not an exaggeration. Some of the chicken was almost burnt the count was not correct and the pieces in the bottom of the bucket were .. well…. just plain gross looking. The breading was undercooked and falling off the meat. Do better KFC we paid a lot of money for mediocre food. And the employees that did so up today acted like they hated their jobs.

Something was wrong with a Gift Card I received after surgery so I didn’t have to fix the family dinner one night. Something was wrong with the card reader. Even though the card was purchased from his restaurant the manager was too damn busy cleaning the walk in to look into the matter,. He approached me with the biggest scowl I’ve ever seen for someone in restaurant management. He half heartedly tried to run the card then handed it back said call number on back. He turned around and walked away. Since I’ve been home I called the number on the back only to find out that wasn’t customer service but some card sales center, and I’ve been on hold 20 minutes with the number the old number transferred me to. I would avoid this location at all cost, I’ve never had as bad of an experience as today at KFC. If the manager had even tried to smile or even say he was sorry I wouldn’t be making this complaint, I hate to mess with someone’s job but this guy had absolutely no clue about the service industry, he made me feel like I was trying to steal from them when they are the thieves.
