Walked in 5/22/23 and found out that EVERYTHING is offered as a meal with side and a drink only now. I told staff I just wanted ice water and a small order of chicken without any sides or soda, and was told they no longer offer ice water, but could get bottled water and everything now comes as a meal whether you want it or not. I won’t be back just to be forced to buy items I don’t want. That’s crazy to make people buy a side and drink when they don’t want it. Very greedy move

I ordered food from this location a week ago. When I got home I realized the order wasn’t complete. I called and was told by a staff member that they would record my info and I could pick up the missing items at my convenience. I went back today and was told by the general manager that they would not honor that because I couldn’t remember the name of the employee I talked to. Trash

Went inside and asked for a fresh 12 piece. The manager was very accommodating. He also asked me to let him know how we liked rhe chicken. My fiancee said the breast were very moist and delicious unlike most places the breast tend to be dry. Very friendly employees as well.

Wanted to try the new advertised big box on the menu board. Was told it was discontinued so I got a spicy sandwich instead. Asked for side of mac n cheese instead of fries. Got to the window and was told “oh we do have the big box if you wanted to switch back to that” for ease of service I just stuck with the spicy sandwich and side of mac. Didn’t get the side of mac n cheese and handed me a bag of food with no drink. Not a great experience.
