We ordered a family meal bucket and advised the worker that we planned on eating there. He gave us this huge bladder to fill with drinks and expected us to all take turns drinking out of it? When I asked for cups he seemed confused by this request. Then we weren’t given any plates or anything to actually eat on. This seemed to be a cumbersome request as well. My husband asked for dipping sauces and we were given a paltry amount for a whole family. Just not a great experience. This KFC acts like no one has ever eaten a meal there before.

What is wrong with this KFC? The last two times we got the Pot Pie, It only had about two tablespoons of the ingredients inside. There was only 3 tiny( smaller than a dime) pieces of chicken, two pieces of potato, three carrot slices and a couple of sweet peas with the as usual giant crust hanging on one side and sunken in the middle. It looked like just a crust in the pan. It was exactly the same way for both pies. Like they counted the pieces of each ingredient. They are $7 each and you would get more food for a buck by just buying a banquet. I love their pot pies but will not spend another dime at the Newberry location. That’s called robbing.

Went thru drive thru tonight and got basically a bucket of grease. Asked for extra crispy. I pulled up and waited, as they told me to do. The chicken is barely cooked to an “original”. Definitely not “extra crispy”. I’ll not be back.

I really wish I could give 0 stars.I went to this location last night and ordered a thigh and drum combo. I don’t know who was cooking the chicken but I ended up with food poisoning from it I will never get food from this location again.

Ordered a standard 8 piece bucket extra crispy through DoorDash with 4 sauces. So even with the order in writing, this particular KFC fumbled every step of the way. My 8 piece was original recipe, dark meat, and they did not give me the sauce I paid for. Is following written instructions on a small order too much to ask?
