Worst service I’ve seen in a long time. I placed my order online to hopefully ensure my food would be ready when I arrived. Ordered at about 5:00 before leaving the office. The app said my order would be done around 5:15. I arrived at 5:20 to ensure it was ready because I knew they were never quick.

I came here for a liver meal and I had to set waiting in the sun for about twenty minutes or more. Then I called on the inside to complain about them making me wait so long, and that person that answered the phone says to me, I will tell them. We need faster working people in a fast phone restaurant. Know one should ever have to wait that long for an order.

Don’t waste your time going here they are so unprofessional the young girl taking orders is more interested in hanging out with her friends in the dinning room than she is with doing her job.then we get our order and because they are out of extra crispy chicken breasts and wings andinstead of letting us know they just gave all dark meat and we have a few who don’t eat dark meat so therefore people did not eat and when brought to their attention they were rude and acted like they didn’t know what they did. They did try and correct it and told us it would be 10minutes and here we are waiting about 20 minutes for a breast. All in all potatoes were lumpy and not mixed well just save youroney and time.

The world’s worst chicken, KFC uses a color coded label system to track the time it should be pulled from the warmer. These people have got be extending the life of the chicken. It is dry and old, not freshly fried. I have worked there, and have seen it with my own eyes. That is why I quit, 35 years as a butcher, serve safe certified for 20 years. I know what I am talking about
