Went here to grab a quick lunch! It has been a while since I’ve been at this location. It was way better then my last visit several years ago. The food was excellent and fresh. The service was friendly as well. If you haven’t been here for a while I would definitely try again! I had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was fantastic!

They have no respect for their food or workers.. and when u complain they catch attitudes like you did not spend you hard earned money.. when I ask for cooperate number you can never get it. Ordered a bowl got dry chicken tenders in it and no gravy, fries were cold, not even room temp but cold. 4 people around the drive-thru window and I get this kind of meal. I guess KFC is the next chain to go down, if this is the staff you employ be prepared to close like all Burger Kings are, due to no reason other than staff

We ordered dinner n it was terrible! The food was old n awful. The corn was dried up n burned. The chicken n biscuits were old n hard. The potatoes n gravy were terrible too. The only saving grace was the tenders were fresh n so was the slaw. I will never be going back to this location. The manager that I spoke to, said “they have a standard of excellence “. If this is their standard of excellence. They won’t have customers for too much longer.

I’m really not sure what these recent reviews are talking about, I placed an online order on 4/9/23 and the staff was friendly and attentive, and the inside was very clean. I arrived at the time the app said my food would be done, which was only 6 minutes after I placed it (Red flag to me, should have been longer if the food was made fresh. Not the fault of the workers, but the unrealistic company expectations) I did wait 3-4 minutes after arriving for my food but as I hoped my order was hot, accurate, and delicious. Location isn’t the best as its located on a hill but that can’t be helped, otherwise I had a flawless experience. Give everyone working that day the RAISE they Deserve!! <3

Please check your food to make sure that it is done!! I came through the drive-through and ordered popcorn chicken. I made it all the way home to find out that it was not done. My kids, who are toddlers, bit into some of the chicken as well. I called immediately to see if I could get a credit because I did not feel like coming back to the restaurant. The “manager” told me that this was impossible. I wanted my money back so I took the receipt and the raw chicken back to the restaurant to get my money back. The cooks came out and look at the chicken. No fault was claimed, but they did offer to remake my food… I was disgusted at this point and did not want anything else from this restaurant. The manager came up, said nothing, took my receipt and completed the refund. I will be furthering my complaint to corporate. Salmonella poisoning is serious and can lead to death.

Went to drive thru yesterday ordered a 2 piece drink no ice went to window to get my order they put ice in my drink so I asked the lady to give me my drink with no ice she rolled her eyes,If she don’t like her job she should not be there horrible customer service..Will not be returning to this location..They need a friender Staff.Just Horrible.
