Worst KFC in town. Waited 25 minutes for food. All 3 sides were cold, missing biscuits, and chicken was cold. Also found 2 hairs in the mashed potatoes. The manager Ashley was super rude. Argued with me that my food was NOT cold and then proceeded to tell me to deal with it. She should be fired. I don’t know how that location is even open anymore. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Went through the drive through today and they told me that it would be a wait. That’s fine but at first it seemed like she was trying to get me to not wait at all but I really didn’t mind. I waited almost 40 minutes for my food when they told me it was going to be 15 minutes.

I went to this location and ordered through the drive-through, Kiki was the cashier, or calandra is the name that’s on my receipt! I ordered a 16-piece family meal and on the menu it says chicken or tenders so I asked if I could mix and match bc my son likes tenders and Kiki was very rude about that. They had me pull over to the side so they could bring it out to me, and as I was looking through the bag to make sure they hadn’t forgotten anything, the manager on duty hollowed-out the drive-thru window we forgot your tenders, so Kiki brought them out there to me and was very rude about that. I had to go back in because I left all of my condiments that I asked for out of the bag, and the manager on duty when I asked for Texas Pete she said we don’t have Texas Pete we have hot sauce, we don’t know what kind of hot sauce it is we just know that it’s hot sauce! First off she didn’t have to be so rude and snappy about that, and second off, I work in a restaurant in customer service, and if I treated my customers like that I would not even have a job!! I will never go back to that location again. I was talking to my sister about it and she lives right down the road from there and said they are always very rude and snappy in there!! I also honestly think it’s because I’m white. As I was leaving the manager was hee hee and ha ha in with a friend in the drive thru and they were black. Why couldn’t she act like that with me? Or at least not be so rude and smile!! Unprofessional employee’s!

I ordered a one a $5.00 one piece breast fill up. All they gave me was a breast , which I ordered original recipe, but received extra crispy and mashed potatoes with gravy. They didn’t give me a drink or even a biscuit. And it was $7.28, not $5.00

This is the worst KFC around. I went one night when the Pot Pies were on special and guess what? They were out. Then I asked for a tender combo and again, they were out of them also. It seems the employees are too lazy to actually cook anything. Do better KFC managers.
