Came here at 6pm, prime rush time. We sat in line for a bit but, like I said, rush. No big deal. I ask for a 2pc. With Mac and a sweet tea. The chicken was burnt and I got mash instead of Mac, with a hard biscuit.

I’ve never had a cold bowl, literally like it came out if the fridge. Only 4 pieces of chicken in the bowl of gravy and corn with unmelted cheese. Don’t know if they need a new speaker or employees. Out of my last 5 visits to KFC in several differnt cities, they haven’t gotten worse. Smh, what a waste of a once great restaurant

Started to leave as the drive through line was at least 8 cars long but extremely surprised to see how quickly I got through! 5 minutes flat and I was otw home with a bucket of fresh, hot fried chicken and all the sides too!

This was the worst experience ever. The cashier was rude, food was wrong more then once, and it was very slow. The cashier didn’t even want to hear what I wanted with my meal, she just did her own thing and then when we went back to show them the food was wrong the other worker snatched our bag from us and threw the wrong food away and threw the food it was supposed to be inside of the box, and please be mindful my box was open at the bottom. Very disappointed. After 30 min we finally got the rest of our food and all our food is dried out and old. Oh yeah plus they told us they had no more wedges so we had to substitute.

We brought in a coupon and the employee took the coupon but she did not subtract the coupon from our bill. We did not the receive the record of this until we got home because she hid it in the bag with our food.
