Placed a mobile order and arrived when the app said the food would be ready. Stood and waited for 15 minutes while I waited. The whole time I saw a bag of food sitting near the drive thru window while they said mine wasn’t ready. Finally they brought that bag over and I said it had to be cold and I wasn’t accepting it. They replaced it while complaining that it wasn’t cold. I will never visit this location again. Very, very disappointed in the service.

We got food here and I got a side of Mac n cheese because I love it. So I took 2 bites of my Mac n cheese and looked down and there was blood in my food! The woman at the counter told me it must have been from me but I was not bleeding at all. I am absolutely disgusted I ate Mac n cheese with someone’s blood and them to tell me they don’t believe it was from them when I had no blood on me, my mouth wasn’t bleeding nothing they didn’t do anything didn’t compensate me or anything don’t go to this KFC

Well our chicken tenders were amazing, Mac and cheese too, however the mashed potatoes were iffy, they were cold, gravy was hot. Biscuits, biscuits were over baked.. 🙁 we are biscuit eaters, love biscuits, they were very rubbery. Please fix that.

The restaurant was clean the cashier was polite very attentive. The only problem was someone didn’t put an item that I ordered with my meal in the bag so I had to go back in and get that and then I asked them for butter and they didn’t have no butter and the biscuits are super small.

Ordered 16 piece chicken tenders meal. Was given 16 pieces of chicken. When I pointed this out they were rude. Cashier insisted they asked for chicken or tenders and was told chicken. When I said that was not correct the cashier went over to her coworkers and was complaining about it. Not customer friendly at all.
