I ordered through DoorDash. My dasher called me and said they couldn’t make any sandwich’s that I ordered because the chicken was still frozen so they gave me a bunch of nuggets and a 3 piece meal. I get it and there is so much salt on all the chicken that neither I or my kids could stomach to eat it. Best part was the mashed potatoes and drinks.. very disappointing

Ordered on line and when I got there to pick it up was told they had sent my order out to someone else through door dash. It would be 15 more min. No problem. 35 min of foul language from the cook and drive through cashier they gave me my food. Will never eat there again!!!!!!! Just set out the meal and didn’t get the biscuits. You would think if it took over half an hour to remake a meal you gave to someone else you would make sure it was correct!!!!

Pulled up to the drive thru. Sat there for about ten minutes no response. We pull up to the window no response for about ten more minutes. Come to find out only one woman with the purple pink hair was working while the rest were taking very long breaks. I think they need to hire some new workers and get rid of the lazy good for nothing people. I wish I had gotten that one girls name she did a wonderful job to be working by herself

I always order dark. Today I order in driv-thru and order my meal and I say all dark please they ask me to pull up(after I paid) in which I did. Took forty five minutes for my order plus the two other dine-in orders before me. Come to find out that they hadn’t even put our orders in the system to be filled and the workers had some seriously uncalled for attitude about the situation. All the while the drive through was having their orders filled. They were severally understaffed for a chicken restaurant on Sunday at lunch time, management should know better. 10/10 do not recommend.

I picked up 2 chicken dinners Sunday afternoon. The chicken had soaked through the box causing the biscuit to be wet. All they needed to do was to put wax paper down first. Not an enjoyable experience at all. I probably won’t go there again.
