One person came out, saw us and walked outside without acknowledging us. No one was up front to take our order. A employee was on their phone in the cooking area. After five minutes he told us someone was coming up front. Finally an older woman came up and asked what we needed. We ordered coleslaw. It was probably a good thing it wasn’t something cooked because we may still be there waiting. Not at all impressed nor would I recommend. Some other restaurant may want your service. They don’t.

KFC on Hwy 25 in Piedmont SC gave deliciously 1 pc breast meal original with the so very tasty mash potatoes and gravy, coleslaw too. And the customer service from those 2 young men was excellent today on June 5, 2023 @ 5:30pm.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Your employee, Keke, who was working the drive thru window was nothing but nasty and short when taking my order. Then she proceeded to have a bad attitude when demanding me to pull forward after not giving me the correct items in my order. I will never eat at your restaurant again after being treated with such disrespect. Not to mention my order was still wrong after asking for multiple items missing twice!

We order food from this location 06-25-2023 about 5:50pm after being asked to pull over for the order, after waiting for 30 minutes, no one came out to deliver the order placed through drive thru. We had to go through the drive through again and waited even more time for the order at the window. Once we drove home, the order was not correct and we were shorted on the chicken quantity ordered and paid for and to top it off, the darn chicken wasn’t even hot! I tried to call several time to let the location know of the situation and no one answers the phone either. VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE. Management should look into ensuring higher quality service.

I placed an online order and it said it would be ready at 6:53, and I arrive at 7:00. I walk in and the only worker that I see in the entire restaurant continues to tell me she just gave away the last pot pie and it would be an additional 25 minutes. I have herd bad things about this KFC but decided to give them a try but needless to say I won’t be going back. After waiting almost half an hour for my food I get home to see it was not all there. I don’t understand how this place is still open considering the one worker I saw, rude service, and half an hour wait for fast food.

Drove through was told to pull up and the would bring it right out. 20 minutes later there were 8 cars strewn around the parking lot waiting. Then a guy I think was an employee came out with a bag and started going car to car asking if they ordered a “12 piece”. Finally went inside and asked for a refund and was told “we don’t do refunds, I can give you the corporate number.” She then handed me what she said was my bag. Got home and everything was cold, and I dare say not even fresh. Won’t do that again

This place is a joke, there is a moody crack headed middle aged man that works there that should change his profession. He has zero people skills and the only word he knows is pull up. If you dare ask for condiments upfront he mumbles lightly talking to himself. Unfortunately they need to let these staff go and give some people a chance that are not junkies. Usually they’re great I had a great experience one time chicken was great they let me keep my bike In cause I didn’t have a lock but today 5/28/23 the woman at the drive through was all over the place at the speaker and when we got up there she gave me my drink with ice after I asked for no ice sat there and asked for one with no ice and she said she’d fix it at the front when we pulled up. She forgot our drink and when we said we asked for a drink with no ice she said “they probably didn’t hear you” hence she’s the only one in the store. I said you said you’d fix it at the front and she said ok I’ll get you and turned around. Then she proceeded to never bring us our drink. I had to head inside and she’s was on the phone talking to someone. I had to get it myself. Then she proceeded to forget all my sauces. Disappointed. Will return but if I see this person here I’m checking everything three times.

HORRIBLE!! I wouldnt give them a one star. Ordered chicken sandwich/mash potatoes. drive thru – they asked me to drive to front of store to wait. I waited 20 minutes then went inside to ask for refund, my bag of food was sitting on counter, cold and hair in potatoes. contacting DHEC today!
