arrived at 12:15 pm and no chicken breast or thighs. drive thru person was rude and could care less about what she was doing much less the customers. got nuggets with fries and fries were cold. talk to the manager and that was a joke. I really hate coming to this KFC, but was in a pinch. one in Rock Hill is much better and professsionally run and managed

Service is horrible. They have the option to do mobile orders for faster service. Yet they keep the doors closed and you still have to go on that long line and wait. The purpose for mobile ordering is so that we don’t have to wait. Yet I’m online waiting 15 minutes when my food is just waiting for me.
