This Taco Bell/KFC in Clover, SC is the absolute worst place I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to this place A LOT and EVERY TIME we eat here either the order is wrong, items are missing or just the wrong items, food is old sometimes, and the employees are not very bright… How hard is it to read a screen and make an order… correct? It’s not rocket science. I avoid this place at all cost. I refuse to eat here after 7-8yrs of second chances I gave up trying.

I don’t like doing this, but this place is the slowest place on Earth. Not sure about the food because I never got it. The drive thru was backed up all the way around the restaurant. We got to carry out order and there was a counter person named Cindy there. I’ll be honest the only reason I’d go back to this restaurant is because of Cindy she was fantastic. They should give her a raise. Super helpful super nice.

How hard is it not to put pickles on a chicken little. Brought the sandwich back to them and let them it wasn’t supposed to have pickles on it. Also let them know my girlfriend won’t eat it since it has had pickles on it since the juice has soaked it the bread. They said they was going to remake it and all they did was take the pickles off of the sandwich. Thanks now my girlfriend refused to eat it because she can literally smell the pickles and see where it was on there. Waste of money.

From the time I got in the drive-thru lane till I left with my food was 40 minutes. 40 minutes! This is unacceptable. Why did I wait? Just to see how long it would take. The food was mediocre at best. Will not be back. We could have driven to Lake Wylie and back and had good service!

Cold fries and no utensil to eat my slaw. How is one to eat slaw without a fork or even a spoon?? A wing in my order was burnt to the bone and rest wasn’t great. Again fries were rubbery and room temperature. Horrible experience.

They will mess your order up everytime even if you order inside, items you order will either not be in the bag or they swap your order completely with someone else’s. I ordered a 5 piece tender and got nothing even close to that I was given 3 piece bone in chicken with cole slaw and when I went to get my order fixed the tenders they gave me were cold.
