Management was in lobby at 3ish setting saw me come in . I never have been to this KFC before so I know he didn’t recognize me. I heard someone ask if I was ready to order. I couldn’t tell were it came from. So I turned and looked at him and said I was. He just looked at me and said nothing no hello no anything. Then a little lady came to the counter. I ordered little and left. Won’t be back!

My wife and I ordered from KFC on Richland ave. We ordered 8 piece chicken dinner and chicken strip dinner. We spent 45 dollars at your restaurant and it wasn’t worth what we spent. The chicken was dry and it tasted old. Your company should be ashamed of selling a product like this!

Me and my son come to Kentucky Fried Chicken around 6:30 pm in the drive thru, a young lady on the speaker told us it would be 30 minutes on chicken, so I decided to go inside and wait. I heard several people in the drive thru drive off because the young lady gave them the same 30 minutes wait time. Upon me observing no one in the kitchen but the older gentlemen was working while the manager and other crew members standing around doing absolutely nothing. They are turning away customers by the numbers that is very poor customer service, and on top of that if this was my business I would be furious of losing money to lazy workers. That manager should be fired of how he or she is running your store. You are losing money, but the younger crew doesn’t know you have to make money to pay them. Do a surprise visit if you receive this message tonight.

Unfortunately I’m not going to give a good comment, because we ordered a big other one day before, and we suppose to pick up the ordered at such time, and guess what, I have to wait one hour, we make this big oder for church members, and we do it maybe six times a year, the problem was we got people visiting are church they coming from out of town and they have to go back the same day. Maybe next time we need to ordered chicken from another place, I know things happen sometimes, but this happen to me the last two times we are oder chicken from this KFC, the chicken is good, building is clean, but maybe they need to hire more people, or training there employees.

Even though KFC tells you to call and order ahead, this is one of the few KFC’s that will actually let you do that. Most of the others will refuse to take your order over the phone. Others will say to place your order online. Their online menu with Grubhub is non functional and it only has a small portion of their full menu. Many of the other KFC’s never have any specials – especially the ones in the Greenville,SC area. This location always has good pricing, great specials and pretty friendly and efficient staff. My favorite KFC location in South Carolina.
