Compared to the KFC on Walton Way I can’t give enough stars. I was there around 5:40pm today and I must say I was scared at first because what happen a couple weeks ago at Walton way. But to my surprise the young man taking the order was nice. Our chicken was correct and fresh, biscuits was so fresh and soft. Keep in mind i didnt have to wait long. Shout out to the manager and her crew.

I guess, the joke’s on me because I put my box in the refrigerator and threw away my receipt… But after 7pm on 7/19, I ordered and paid for 12 nuggets… The young girl at the drive thru, even repeated, “It’s going to be $10.32 for just the nuggets… Is that okay with you?” I get all the way home and find out that I had 4 chicken strips. If I wanted chicken strips, I would have ordered them. If it’s not leaving out a biscuit, it’s leaving out some other item… No worries… I won’t have to be disappointed anymore… My last visit was today.

I ordered an 8 piece bucket but they were out of biscuits, so they offered an additional side. Service was great. However, I think they need to quit harvesting baby chick’s and let them grow a bit longer. The drumstick was as long and wide as my pinky and I paid $30.

I went inside and got my order to go. Recently, I have had very poor experiences in fast food restaurants. I hate to say I was preparing myself for the same at KFC. However, the staff of young people waited on me immediately and I received my food very quickly. The order was correct and the food was hot. The staff was very polite and helpful. I will go back.

So… One of the items I ordered was not in the bag when I arrived at home, 20 mins away on the Pine Log Rd side of Beech Island. I tried calling this location maybe 10 times since I left & got the busy signal each time, including just before they closed for the evening. Obviously, the phone is inaccessible for a reason! They WILL see me tomorrow on the inside, not for a replacement item or a full meal on the house, but to request a refund. After that, I won’t return anytime soon to this location. As a former QSR General Mgr. to another, &/or crew member, how hard is it to “read the screen” & verify everything the customer ordered is placed in the bag(s)? It’s quite simple. If you expect increased wages, a good starting point just might be to NEVER SACRIFICE ACCURACY FOR SPEED!

Came in on our way home from Georgia and was very disturbed. We ordered 2 two piece meals and after27 minutes of waiting I asked how long it would be before we got our 2 2 pieces and was told 10 more minutes. Why is this? People came after us ate and left. St this poin I don’t feel like it’s sanitary enough to even eat my meal. I noticed the African American race came in got their food within 3 mins and was gone. I mean what the hell has happened within this KFC? Not enough something.

Food is good, but the service could be better. I stood there at the counter for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged, while employees walked in and out serving the drive thru. I then placed my order and then about 6 customers who came after me were all served. To my surprise the woman who took my order called me over to ask what my order was! It was very clear that I was forgotten about and overlooked. I expected much better service than what I received from KFC!

New owners now. They’ve removed items. They’ve greatly increased prices. $2.50+ for a small container of gravy?!?! $2 to switch out a leg with a thigh on a 2 pc dinner?!?! How do you justify that? It’s totally different than it was 2 yrs ago.
