I stopped by this KFC/Taco Bell for lunch today and was totally disappointed with their service. I initially was the only customer in line until another person arrived with 3 small kids. No one greeted us after 10 minutes of waiting. A few employees walked by and stared, but said nothing. Eventually, myself and the other customers left without placing an order. I have not been to this KFC in several years due to the poor service. I can see that nothing has changed and that owner/operators don’t care about their business. I want be returning for any reason.

I’m writing this review because of the manager…at least who I think was the manager. I went through the drive thru and ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal with frys. The frys were cold and the biscuit was smashed and the frys were lukewarm at best. I paid $16 so I went back to the restaurant and let them know what my food looked and taste like.

I was served COLD HARD DRY OLD chicken strips and old dry hot cole slaw. After we waited over 30 minutes for this mess?? I will be calling corporate and taking the whole box back up to the location tomorrow and demanding a REFUND. This is the worst ever. After I get my refund, I plan to NEVER go to this nasty place again.

Horrible experience! Count your pieces they may short you. They messed up my order I had to drive 13 minutes back. I politely called and let them know they messed up my order and I was on my way back because I understand mistakes happen. When I returned employee behind the counter she’s staring me down never greeted me. Naturally, I went from nice to not so nice… Had to check her. ♀️ Just ridiculous and unnecessary. I DO NOT recommend this unprofessional place. Manager finally comes out after about 3 minutes and gives me the 4 missing pieces of chicken with no extras for the inconvenience.

DON’T NOT COME HERE!!!!!! After waiting in line for 45 minutes finally got to the speaker, waited at speaker for another 20 minutes and no one said anything. Went to the window and they just stared at me and then finally came over and asked what I wanted. I explained and they said they couldn’t take my order at the window and I would have to drive back around. This place needs to be shut down immediately, terrible customer service, and terrible managment.

Came here after a long time and ordered from Taco Bell. Found some used plastic bag in my drink. I am just glad I didn’t drink it when I was in my car. Adding pics. Not going to come back here again. Throwing the rest of the food as well. Just can’t take the risk.

The worst KFC. Even when there is no line they make you wait a good 5-10mins just to let you know that there is no Chicken…yes, no chicken at a chicken place. The employees have no manners. Short staff the same person that takes the orders in the drive thru takes them for the inside. No wonder why the employees are already frustrated. Waste of time.

This is some of the nicest, no, sweetest staff with whom I have ever had the pleasure to deal. I and my daughter interacted with 4 employee and every one seemed sincere and nice, especially Esaun and the manager in my photo. Thank you for your great service!
