I didn’t get the names of the two girls working but let me tell you. They had the best customer service I’ve ever seen in fast food.. Date of them working was 7/22 at 6pm and I hope management recognizes them for it. Also the girl working last night (7/21) at 8pm at drive thru was also so kind after I got off a long day at work. I’m only making a review to make sure the company recognizes their hard work and how respectful those those girls were. They are doing a great job! Thank you for making it so pleasant and will forever be my go to KFC just because of those girls and the respect they showed me.

I ordered a chicken little combo through UberEats and the order came in wrong. It looks like I got their snack wraps instead. They forgot my drink and the fries were stale and cold even though deliverey did not take that long. Called them twice and no one picked up. Finally, I just got a refund through UberEats. Will probably never order from them again.

Went inside to go eat here for the first time, the woman behind the counter was super sweet with a big smile, and she’s also so pretty. She greeted us when we walked in respected my grandmother and I as we ordered and took our time. The place was cleaned with a whole ordeal of respect and looks spotless everywhere. I love the way it smells and looks, the bathrooms were even cleaned!! That’s not something you’d see everyday. I would honestly come back <3 thank you all for my first experience being awesome.

I see why they have a low rating. They are short staffed and seem angry. I was told to pull up and they’d bring the order to me. After 10 min of sitting there I had a feeling they weren’t coming as I walked in there is the order just sitting there. He looked confused when I tried to grab the order. I had to make the drink because I’m already late delivering this but they said I couldn’t took another minute just to get the drink lol! No line not busy at all but they can’t do nothing right still. After I made the delivery I got a call from the customer saying the order was wrong and missing sides. What a surprise. This place needs a regional visit asap!

I dined-in, ordered a 3-piece combo original dark, and they told me they didn’t have any thighs, so I told them to give me all legs, but they had only two in original, so I got the third in crispy. ♂️ I asked for unsweet tea with some Splenda packs, and I was told they don’t have any sweeteners, so I had the tea with some sweet tea added in. So, the cashier went back to mopping the floor, and the cook handed me my order a few minutes later, and I didn’t see him wash his hands, and bruh had flour all on his apron at the front counter! Then they forgot my biscuit. Like how? I was the only customer in there.

They got my order wrong, bad attitude from workers, the cook was up front with flour on his apron, they didn’t have the items available I initially ordered, food was dry like it’s been under the lamp all day, and they have no Splenda or Stevia for their unsweetened tea. I’m a diabetic, so this is a big deal for me.

Well placed an order told needed to wait 20 min thought great will get some fresh cooked stuff. Well got home chicken is soggy chicken that tasted like it was reheated in a microwave and all the breading was falling off. I ordered Mac and cheese and got mashed potatoes and they also forgot the biscuits after waiting almost 29 mins and had to walk in and get the food myself. Horrible horrible ! Save yourself the time and go to bojangles or Popeyes! KFC has hit rock bottom at this site. I will never go back even if I was starving and my children needed food and it was free.
