I bit into a thigh from my 4 piece and the inside tasted funny. Then I noticed the bad smell coming from the inside. They definitely recycle chicken here, it smells like they pulled it from the garbage. I’m disgusted, I hope I don’t get sick…

Horrible absolutely HORRIBLE! I got there to order a $20 box special at 4:24…..they got at leat door dash and uber eats people in and out. I didn’t get my good until 4:56!! The lady told me I was waiting on fresh fries. Ok!! Meanwhile, the drive thru literally got almost all thr fresh fries while I still wait. FINALLY got my food! The box is supposed to come with 4 pieces of chicken, fries, and 20 nuggets. My box on had 10 nuggets!! Never will I EVER waist my time at the Wesley Chapel KFC ever again!! You people are lazy and terrible as a staff!!

I came here today at about 7:15pm, after not having eaten all day ! I ordered 3 piece dark combo with a side of 8 piece chicken nuggets. (Just wanted to try the nuggets today. And all bbq sauce doesn’t have to be HONEY!) My server was the manager ANDREW and he made sure that my dine in was a great experience. My food was so HOT, CRISPY and DELICIOUS. I don’t know a single person that’s employed here, so there’s no favoritism. But this made my drive back to MABLETON a heck of a lot easier !

This is crazy. No one I’ve met at this establishment has been nice or professional. The food is mostly wrong. You rarely get what you ask for then have to call or go back and get the food you asked for. It’s ridiculous. Located off of exit 70 Wesley Chapel. This newly remodeled KFC was clean. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant was not so crowded. This location is perfect for travelers down I-20 corridor and local in the area. They do deliver through GrubHub. The chicken was overcooked and the pieces was smaller than i am accustomed to. I will visit again perhaps Under New Management

I placed my order at 8:57 and I left the restaurant at 9:30 after receiving my food. The young lady working the night shift on 3/2 was very unprofessional. Her customer service skills were not up to par at all. The only reason I waited for the food was because I was getting it for someone. Once I received my food, the biscuits were doughy and the chicken looked weird. I just wouldn’t recommend this location. There has always been some kind of issue when I have gone. Either the wait time is long or they’re always out of something. They also seem to close the store when they feel like it.
