I come here every Monday for lunch to grab a pot pie to start my week off. Always the best tasting with a flaky, buttery crust. I was so excited to see the lobby open, so I decided to enjoy my pot pie in the store. The staff was super friendly too and it’s good to see the manager there whenever I stop by. Always a 10 out of 10 on food and customer service.

This is the worst KFC I’ve ever been too. Went there today to pick up a mobile order and they refused to give me my order even though I had a receipt. The cashier and manager both were rude and racist. I called corporate and they could not understand why they didn’t give me my order when I had a receipt. Cooperate gave me my full refund after they were able to pull my mobile order up in their system. The way I was treated by staff is unacceptable and I wanted to make this known to other. Because of this situation I will never go to another KFC again.

This is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to my order was wrong didn’t realize till I got home no big deal drove back let them know was it would be corrected ok cool waited an hour still no order had to go back through drive through this place has the worst customer service got to window manager told me she thought I pull off that’s crazy I’ve would have ask for a refund not for it to be remade I’m confused and won’t be back unprofessional establishment literally gave me back same order that was incorrect smh

I went here today. The chicken look like it was left from lunch it was hard couldn’t chew it at all. so I decided to take it back before I got to far home. The young lady who waiting on me the first time . I told her. She said hold on let me get a manager. The manager came to the window I told her what happen. She just looked at me. I ask her do they have any more fresh chicken. She said u get crispy. I told her I had original. She said I have that too. I ask her was it fresh. She said yes. I said ok. She came back like she throwing the box. I said Thank You . She didn’t say anything. Bad attitude to be a manager. I didn’t disrespect her. But she disrespect me. They food use too be hot in temperature and fresh. I don’t know what happen today.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT***** This is a franchise and they are charging you for items that do not show up on the receipt. The numbers do not add up. We called corporate and they said this is a franchise and is up to the General Manager. We have the receipt for proof. We have not heard from the GM. This was on 2/14/23. Most people would not notice this, but ADD UP your receipt. If they are doing this across all transactions, then they are stealing $1.10 off every transaction. They will have to fix their software and find whoever is responsible for altering it. BEWARE.
