I have not had KFC in years until today, decided I would stop and pick dinner after a long day of work. Well needless to say I was very disappointed, should have checked my order before I left. I paid $30.00 for the eight piece meal, when I got home sadly they had left out my biscuits, the chicken was over cooked nearly burnt to the point where the inside of the chicken was crispy too. Thank you KFC for ruining my experience back and my dinner especially after a long day’s work …

Not pleased. Paid extra for breasts, repeated the order twice, watched what she typed on the screen. Got home and had three thighs. I shouldn’t have to open the box and examine the order. People should do their jobs correctly. Especially when you’re paying extra.

Paid for 12 biscuits only got 6. Paid for a creamed potatoes did not get. This was a large order placed and went inside to get it. Had extra people to feed and was short. They were busy but should be sure food Paid for is received! Very disappointing.
