I know with these chicken places, it’s a hit or miss. I decided to stop at this KFC because I was STARVING. The worker did offer to fill up my drink as I was on crutches, so that was good. I ordered number 7, a big box containing a drink, a biscuit, and chicken tenders. The first thing I was told was that the mac and cheese were not ready and that I would have to wait, which I have no problem with. I filled my drink, which was flat, and the ice machine was not working. I’m not blaming the workers, but just mentioning it. The guy was friendly and filled me up the drink from the drive-through side, and it was better. The chicken was dry, warm, and soggy on the outside. There were some crispy parts, but overall it was mid. I had KFC in Lawrenceville Suwanee, blistering hot, crispy, and crunchy. The fries were decent, as it was crispy. The biscuit was fluffy, but you could tell it was old as some parts had that stale crunch. One of the chicken tenders had some weird soggy part that looked nasty. Overall, if I came back again and tried, it might be better, but this was my initial review. Oh yea, the mac and cheese were cold despite being just made.

First time visiting this location and it was a good experience. We were promptly greeted by the staff and our order was taken and quickly given to us. I hadn’t had KFC in a few years because of the constant terrible customer service experiences I had received. This location is definitely good to go with their customer service.

I dined in, and was Almost assaulted by a dark skinned male with tear drops and his Pregnant baby mama,, both were employees. All I asked was 4 a tray for my dine in order. If they don’t get rid of those two, they will be facing a serious lawsuit soon.

2 people running the whole store. Manager and one employee. Wouldn’t even acknowledge we were at the register for 10 minutes. Not even a hello. Put our order in and 30 minutes later got our cold dry 8 piece bucket meal. They were out of plates for dine in, out of butter, out of salt, then ran out of chicken. Told at least 15 customers there would be at least a 30 to 40 MInute wait for chicken. While waiting and eating they had a battery operated radio blasting. After finishing the worst meal we have ever had at kfc the manager was on the phone with someone screaming at them that she is just going to lock up the store and leave. Then manager and employee left to the parking lot! No one at all in the store! Wow is all I have to say. See my attached photo of the empty store. I don’t see how this manager keeps her job…….Definitely would not recommend this location. Even the bathrooms were in seriously bad condition.

Ewwww…Ewwww…Ewwww! Ok, so I entered this location hoping to get a quick bite to eat. When the cashier passed by twice without so much as a nod of the head I knew trouble was brewing. After scanning the kitchen area I beat a hasty retreat! They need to take a few days off and conduct a thorough deep cleaning!

I just went there and purchased a 12 piece nugget only. I opened them to check to be sure because the container was so smal.and sure enough, I was missing one. I advised the guy at the window immediately and asked for the nuggets back. I was surprised they didn’t return quickly with an extra nugget. A different worker brought me the nuggets and handed them to me abd said ‘ I counted them, it twelve, one qas just small’. This nugget she called small was the the equivalent of a crumb. I took them and proceeded to leave. I guess the additional nugget was going to either come out of her pocket or set the store back on cost. Needless to say, poor customer service, last visit.

Snellville location I was at a friend’s house and had a craving for some Sweet Tea. Went inside and ordered a half gallon, a crew of 3 employees was being supported by an experienced knowledgeable cook. He had to come to the front to show the other 2 how to make the iced tea. LOL. I ended up back at Nedra’s with the tea. I know that dude had a long Friday night shift ahead of himself

What a horrible location. I asked for a receipt and there wasn’t one. The very unpleasant lady said she must have thrown it away. After waiting more than 10 minutes I was told it would be an additional 7 minutes for biscuits. I immediately asked for a refund in which a lady with 7 facial piercings and a braid on the side told me there was no manager and she can’t do refunds. She then asked me if I wanted a cookie in place of the biscuit. I disputed the charge with my bank and went on my way. DO NOT go to this location. Drive down to Loganville where the customer is much better!
