Maybe I got lucky this day, but it was great! I went through the drive; the lovely cashier’s name was Krystal. She was friendly, fast, and attentive. I ordered the Chicken tenders big box, which was $11.97. It was ready immediately. The fries, tenders, and biscuits were exceptional. The fries were crispy and hot and had no old oil flavor. The chicken was juicy, but the star was the amount of crunch that was on that chicken. The best mac and cheese I have had so far at KFC too. Overall with my experience, I would recommend coming here,

Really bad service and bad customer service. Pulled up literally 5 of us, I guess to get a good service time. This KFC needs attention from upper management, turnover of management, the guy manager definitely don’t care seem to have a care, this is my second encounter. I will not come back. This use to be the best around not anymore with the new hires.

Food is always cold &dry, the chicken nuggets are never cooked completely, I tried the fish it had no flavor whatsoever the hush puppies was not cooked on the inside, lobby always filthy ,you can be the only one in there you still be standing 20 min. Or more waiting on your order, when you get your food it’s not fresh, I’m only speaking about the closing crew,from the Manger on down they all have bad attitude as well as customer service, haven’t been doing the day, but I’m going to get in touch with the health inspector, hopefully it will be closed down by the end of the month

Yesterday my husband and I went to the drive thru. There was one car in front of us, and we waited about 15 minutes before that car moved. When we went to place our waited 10 minutes before someone came and said, “ KFC, please wait a minute “ We waited about 20 minutes and no one came back to take our order. Most of the cars behind us left. We also decided to leave, however, when we pulled to front we noticed that the restaurant was empty, so we parked and went in. In no time we got our order, but we should have left without buying, because we got home and tried to it the chicken, they were extremely dry and tasted like they had been cooked days before.
