We have eaten at a KFC for years. One day we decided to have some. Bad decision…. When I came in no one was at the front, but I could here them talking in the kitchen area. 5 mi utes later someone came out. The lady was very nice amd helped me decide what to get. When I got home with our food, low and behold the chicken was not fresh and it smelled and tasted weird. We coukd not finish it and had to bring it back for a refund. The fact that they were not too concerned about a wierd taste amd smell leads me to believe that they were already aware of this issue. Picture biting into something that kind of tastes rotten….. We will never be back. I would avoid this place if you can.

I placed a mobile order and my food was ready about 15 minutes after they said it would be- honestly I was annoyed at first but the freshness of our food was worth the wait. They even offered to bring my order to my car, which I greatly appreciated!

This is twice my to-go order has been wrong at this location taken at the window by the same person two weeks apart. I ordered a breast and a wing in the 2-piece box; I don’t like dark meat, and I paid for an extra side. I received a thigh and leg instead, the slaw and mashed potatoes are good, the biscuit was not fresh. Service at the drive thru is terrible…..

If I could leave a 0 I would. This location has the rudest staff. As soon as I got into the drive thru, the older lady with glasses said “good grief” under her breathe and then yelled “CAN I HELP YOU” and then proceeded to grunt and just have the worst attitude. And this is at least the 4th time this has happened and she has had the same attitude every time.

The elderly gentleman in the drive thru was very pleasant. That’s the only thing I enjoyed about my visit. The food was pretty bad. The biscuit was a rock, the fries were not much better. My chicken little was little chicken.
