Like this is the worst KFC I just went through the drive thru like around 9 and simply and specifically asked for 3 legs and sweet corn. I got coleslaw and 1 leg 2 thighs. He even repeated the order. Sweet corn sounds nothing like coleslaw

Picked up a family meal after work. I ordered online. I went to the speaker and told them I had an online order. They told me to pull around. After getting to the window I was told to come in. I go inside where the food is still not ready. I get home and realized I did not get me biscuits. The employees was rude and looked nasty.

These folks are sorry ASFFF. Do not go here. I ordered just a famous bowl and they said they had to drop chicken it will be 5 minutes , okay that’s not a problem. I sit there for 20 minutes and decide to go in , they didn’t even drop the chicken yet. These folks are lazy as hell.

When my order was taken when I arrived at the drive-thru window it seemed like it took forever for the young lady figure out how much change to return to me. Then I reached for my food then she snatched it back and I asked her what’s wrong and she looked at me and waved me off. Finally she returned the order back to me and she said everything was in the back wrong wrong order! I ordered 12 piece nugget dirty rice and coleslaw. The wait was horrible I should have left but was hungry and waited so long I would not leave. The window server said it was only 3 of them but should have told us that when placing the order. In addition I ordered original chicken and 1 of the pieces was extra crispy. The coleslaw was the worst I ever had at any KFC in 40 years and I love KFC’s coleslaw!!! Probably don’t need to come back to this location cause my previous experience was not great either!!!

This place is the worse! They messed up my order at the drive thru so I walked in and they knew they gave me the wrong person’s order and they handed me my bag. I got to the car and they still left out an item so I walked back in and the manager had her back to me for 30 seconds on her phone before she even acknowledged me and finally handed me my missed item. The entire staff looks tacky, uniforms dirty and the demeanor is unprofessional. The verbiage was profane and vulgar. The food was stale and disgusting as if it were left over from the previous day. This entire staff should be replaced immediately, starting with the obese, manager with the rotten teeth. Never eat here!!
