Why do I even bother. Regardless of the locations, KFC is that idiot brother wh o never gets anything right. They are the Fredo Corleone of fast food. How can they survive. I asked for a 4 peice ALL WHITE MEAT, and this is what they peddle off to me. That’s 3.5 at the most. I’m just amazed they had chicken this time. It’s sad, their food is somewhat good – best famn biscuits around but they never get anything right.

We were hungry for some KFC. We got there about 2:00pm and it was not very crowded. Our casher Marquess was very friendly and took our order and got us taken care of. Our order came out in just a few minutes, our food was hot and good. We are in the Dining room which was very clean. We enjoyed our lunch very much.

Ordered a 2 piece & a 3 piece dinner. Requested & paid for a breast instead of 1 of the 2 thighs in the 3 piece. Had to wait for the biscuits to cook. Got home to find 2 thighs & NO breast along with the leg in the 3 piece meal. I said hello and thank you to the “runner” who brought my food to my vehicle. All I got in return was almost a smile and a quick about face as she strolled back to the store. Food was edible but not tasty.

Ran out of chicken again unable fill my online order using app when arrived & didn’t bother calling, I had too call KFC corporate too get a refund because phone stays busy next day. Friendly staff but this location is always out of products & never open as advertised online usually 8pm maybe 9pm regardless day of the week at the latest so either go early or you’ll be wasting drive.

I have never had any issues with this location. The management and staff have always been very pleasant. The cooking and preparation area appears to be clean when I come in . My food is always hot and fresh . The Powder Springs location should be Closed! The food is never fresh and the restaurant is Sooo nasty. I have actually gotten sick eating from the Powder Springs location.

The food is usually warm, except for the fries. They typically mess up your side orders every time. Lately the service has been friendly. Most of the time you have to pull forward in the drive thru & have to wait for the food to be brought out. Which sucks because they mess up your order a lot & you have to pull around & go inside.

Wish I read the reviews before coming here. I placed my order for crispy chicken and no breasts. I was asked if half and half would be okay. I said no, we don’t like the original chicken. I was made to wait for my order only to have them bring out original chicken with 3 breasts in the bucket. I don’t understand how difficult it is to place an order correctly when people are spending their hard earned money. This is why they don’t deserve $15/hr. Poor customer service and a lack of customer care.
