This place is terrible. Went there tonight. Got a 3 piece chicken meal and a chicken quesadilla and one taco. After paying they had me pull up and park to wait behind several other people. 5 minutes later they bring out my chicken meal. Still waiting on my Taco Bell order. I have to sit there for over 25 minutes for a quesadilla and one taco. By this time there are about 8 cars parked waiting for food. Finally bring out the rest of my order. They don’t say anything. No sorry for the wait or nothing. Then the person didn’t even feel the need to walk all the way up to my window making me have to bend my arm backwards to reach the bag. I check the bag and the taco isn’t even wrapped. Just sitting in the bag. Get home and then find out the chicken meal only had 2 pieces instead of the 3 I paid for. Sorry place.

Went through the drive through window to pick up a Door Dash order and the young lady at the window totally ignored us. After 2 or maybe 3 minutes go by a guy walks up to the window and the lady that had been ignoring us says something to him, he then laughs and turns and walk away without helping us. So, we decided to go inside for the order. The lobby was totally empty so they weren’t busy. After saying excuse several times a different lady walks up. We tell her of our experience she looked back at the 2 people who ignored us shook her head then handed us the order.

I just left this location at 1:45 PM on 4/11/23. I noticed that my total seemed too high for what I ordered. When I paid, the child running the drive through didn’t give me a receipt when he handed my card back to me. When he gave me the food, I requested the receipt. He got nervous and claimed that the printer at the drive through wasn’t working. I told him to get a manager. Another individual came over (don’t know of he was actually a manager) and said “you just need your receipt?”. I told him “yes” and he, without touching the computer reched over and pulled my receipt off of a LONG tail of receipts and handed it to me. I immediately noticed that there was an additional $1 added to the order that I did not authorize or asked about. When I confronted him, he tried to ignore me. I began walking to each of the other cars in the drive through warning them of what he was doing. When I came back to the front and handed him my food for a refund, he tried to hand me a dollar and said that they “don’t give refunds” and slid the window slightly closed to point at a sticker that was previously hidden. In the end, I took the food and called corporate. Also, the wraps I ordered were TINY. I’ve had these at several other locations and they were of a normal size.

Food wasn’t that great and they were out of the chicken for my sandwich I ordered online. Had no sweet tea or even unsweetened tea and drink area was sticky and kinda gross like it hadn’t been washed down in awhile. Floor was also sticky and several booths weren’t cleaned.

Placed a order for quick pickup. When we arrived we were told they had canceled our order because they were closing early. Now, I have to wait 72 hrs to get a 38.00 refund on my card. When asked to speak with a manager the young punk just laughed and said have a good night. Never again will I ever order from this place again.

Okay I must agree with all the 1 Star reviews. I ordered a 3 pc big box combo and 5 pc nugget. I should of checked the contents. The chicken pieces and nuggets were over cooked with apparently with old oil. It didn’t taste like the original recipe. The mashed potatoes with gravy looked like they were from the day before. And guess what the girl didn’t give me a receipt. This store needs to be investigated by the district office or even corporate. Don’t eat here!
