Taking the time to commend Nari on excellent customer service. Fast food now is just average. It is the customer service that makes the experience complete even bearable without complaining. The extra crispy chicken did not have that KFC seasoning taste. Based on Nari treatment of me as a customer gave me the ability to look base that and just relax in the moment. Arrived at the store with four different employees in the back walking around doing nothing as I shouted for help and looked directly at the manager they all ignored me. The manager’s name was Ray. Could not get any help until one of the employees that was sitting down in the dining room eating came up to take my order. Meanwhile the timer on the order was 10 minutes and it said complete but was not.

Really good and hot food. Location is easily noticable from the street and wasn’t too busy, even on a Saturday night. Great place to stop in for a quick bite right off of a main road. Is located next to the main shopping area in Griffin and it could be tricky navigating the parking lot but overall highly recommended. The staff seemed very attentive and friendly which is rare nowadays for fast food restaurants. Definitely planning on going back if I’m in the area.

There are two handicap parking spaces and around 20 free parking spaces at this KFC. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the food products served here. The restaurant is clean and well organized. You can dine in as well as take out here. They have a drive thru as well that is quite fast. Overall, my experience here was positive and the food was well cooked and tasted awesome.
