The food was great, the outside of the restaurant looked good and the woman who took my order was amazing!! Everything changed when I pulled forward to pay. The young woman at the window never smiled or even spoke a syllable during our transaction even though I made three attempts to be friendly and say thank you! It’s bad when you deserve a 5 star review but one person ruins it for everyone. My receipt says the cashier was Kawala not sure if this was this persons name but she doesn’t need to work the window if she can’t even acknowledge you. To the lady who took my order you are fantastic!! To the person who cooked my food it was delicious!

Arrived at the establishment to pick up for dinner around 7:30 pm. Watched an elderly black man I believe they called “Sanford” or “Stanford” in the parking lot lock a young man in the dumpster area and then walk away on purpose (the Sanford person followed the young man in there so he knew he was in there). The young man then had to CLIMB out of the dumpster area and reported it to his manager, James, I believe who then dismissed him then proceeded to LAUGH about it with the elderly black man in the back while the young man left the restaurant. You can tell the young man was upset but he didn’t lose his cool for a moment and was the bigger person and walked away. Also would like to add im a regular at this particular place and come in once a week and have never witnessed such an act of utter distaste. I’ve seen this young man work diligently quite a few times before and do believe he is mentally disabled but he didn’t once yell at these men or show any kind of backlash for their despicable actions. It is so disgusting how these two “men” behaved in what I once thought was a professional environment. I will never EVER step foot in this place again until those two heathens are properly taken care of. And to think “James” is a manager of this company. DISGUSTING. KFC should be ashamed for that mental and possible physical abuse they put a person with a mental disability through. Will definitely be reporting this incident to corporate in hopes they are relieved of their jobs.

KFC is a great place! It offered some of the best chicken that everyone would ever wanted. KFC has everything, like chicken sandwiches, tenders, chicken nuggets, sides, french fries, and etc. No matter what challenges KFC have been through,it still one of the best places to eat chicken from. Fred and the manager were amazing! My daughter wanted to have her 10th bday dinner there and they gave her a chocolate cake and a jug of tea on the house. On top of that they gave us vouchers for big time entertainment in Oxford, AL. The staff went over and beyond tonight and really brought back some faith in humanity. I highly recommend!

We ordered a family meal from the restaurant in Lagrange ga and when we got home ( 20 mins away ) we realized they didn’t put our large fry in the bag. I then called several times and finally the manager ( James ) answered the phone. I told him my problem and then he told me if I could come in the restaurant he would take care of me and fix the issue and that I just needed to ask for him. The next day I arrived at this restaurant and I asked for James and James ( himself ) being funny yelled out loud saying that he wasn’t there, which he was. I didn’t think it was funny at all. One of the workers then came and told us that he would be right with us but it will be a minute. We waited for 20 minutes while they continued looking at us and whispering as if they didn’t want to see what we wanted. James never came to the front to take care of his customers. Long story short he sent one of his employees out to ask what we wanted because he thought we wanted to beg him for a job but all we wanted was our order fixed and had he came to the front and asked instead of hiding then he would have known. Finally another employee came to us and apologized and gave us our large fry ( I didn’t even want it anymore ) and stated that they were short staffed. James owes us an apology because even if they were short staffed and I was looking for a job, he shouldn’t have treated us that way. James needs to be fired!!!!

BIG THANKS to VANNESSA!!! I placed my ordered in the drive thru. I couldn’t seem to make up my mind about my choice of beverage. When I got to the window, Vannessa switched the drink to my final choice. I apologized. Her response was something like I have never heard before, from someone in customer service. Ok we went tonight at drive through and got food for 2 Quay was our un professional cashier and we got 1 straw with 2 drinks and nothing to eat our sides with and if they could of stayed on task properly could’ve done the order right!!!
