Went through the drive through to order a 2 piece meal. And they tried to charge me $16. I figured it was a mistake so I pulled over to park and went inside and the manager was rude with me saying say, yeah, that must be you who just drove through the drive through and didn’t say nothing and went in parked and come inside know well. I guess you’re middle school. Diploma is working double time right now. Any other KFC I go to and I try to order the same thing. They don’t charge any outrageous up charge for a 2 piece meal. I guess at the Sharpsburg. KFC, the managers like to make up their own prices to lie in their own pockets.

Their recipe has definitely changed over the years…the original chicken tastes like its fried with honey in the batter or the oil. This might be why their parking lots are ALWAYS empty. Bring back the old school recipes!!!! The drive thru service was nice. I used to eat kFC all the time in the 80s 90s and early 2000s. The taste is definitely NOT the same…

We went there for dinner tonight, and I was so impressed with how hard-working and courteous the employees were. They were quick to help us if we needed sauces, etc. There were one or two customers who were loudly angry with orders taking a while to get, but the employee at the register remained calmly professional explaining the delay and apologizing for the inconvenience. The food tasted wonderful, and the dine-in area was clean.

I drove out of my way for 20 minutes trying to get my mom and Aunt Dinner from here repeated the order 5 times to the manager and the cashier taking the order I get to Atlanta / Downtown Atlanta and the orders are wrong completely wrong. My bill was over 25 $ now what are we supposed to do with the Chicken and no sides for seniors.

I can’t believe how terrible services at this restaurant. We’ve had problems before waiting close to an hour for an internet order-ahead order. Today the sweet girl’s voice in the drive-thru line said, “Could you hold for a minute?” It seem like 5 minutes later with no further response. I asked, “Is anybody home?” She asked for another” minute minute.” No one was in the drive-thru line ahead of us. Apparently this restaurant is very short of staff with any inkling of efficiency or service. It seems like the manager/ franchise owner needs to shut it down or sell it to somebody who knows what they’re doing. We will certainly not be going back there until we hear that it’s been fixed. We love Kentucky Fried Chicken, but we won’t be eating it from this store anytime soon.

I visited on a Sunday around 5:30p for the buffet for $9. This is where my grandmother wanted to come for her birthday so we had 10 in our group. There was no chicken or biscuits and everything else looked like it had been there since the store opened. At about 5:45p a customer asked the cashier if the buffet was going to be filled again. He said he was the only one that was doing it. That customer requested her money back. We waited until about 6p before Cydra came from the back and redid the buffet. Cydra (I think she’s a manager) had fresh food on the buffet within 10-15 minutes. I’m not sure why the cashier couldn’t multitask. Cydra not only restocked the buffet, she also restocked for drive thru and the front. If it hadn’t been for Cydra, we would have left and KFC would have received two stars. Thank you Cydra.

Ordered on the app and proceeded to the restaurant. The lobby was closed and a sign directed me to the drive thru. The speaker was broken and a hand written sign said to go to the pickup window. Waited in line for over 40 minutes. AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!!
