This bro blue top Eric – best customer service – team as well – ever seen from a KFC or Taco Bell. Surprised. Cheery, folksy and positive vibe. Follows up on anything needed. Intentional about cleaning dining area cause it’s more appealing to customers.

Best KFC experience till now. We love KFC and Taco bell combo. The food was well made and nothing was missing. The front staff was friendly and knowledgeable and they knew what they were doing. Nice small and cozy place but the food experience was fun-taste-tic.

Horrible quality all around. From the staff to the manager and of course the food. The grease is old and the food is old. They need to shut down. If i had time I would return this food for the 3rd time but who wants to keep wasting gas to go to a restaurant to complain and still not get satisfactory service smh I will not return

The WORST service & the manager is just as rude as the employees! I was told to pull up – they’d bring it out to me. Almost 20 minutes later, I go back to the drive thru speaker to be told he’d bring it out “when he got a chance”!!! This man wanted to argue with me saying it had been less than 10 mins!! 99 percent of the time when I go there for drive thru service they say . Drive thru is closed, you can come inside. I don’t understand why this has been going on for a couple of months. Workers are standing outside smoking. If I wanted to go inside I wouldn’t have came to the drive thru.

Absolutely horrible service and horrible food. Manager sucks. My chicken was so greasy the breading was coming off. And tasted like garbage. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME EATING HERE OR YOUR MONEY!!! On top of it all it cost $30!!! Won’t be back ever again

I haven’t eaten at a KFC in years, so I came here this morning for a chicken sandwich combo (K13), large, with an unsweetened tea. Ordered from the drive-thru at 11:09am and pulled around to the window. Got to the window, paid the cashier, and he seemed to be confused when I asked him if they had sweeteners like Splenda, Equal; etc, so he got the manager. The manager comes to the window chewing food with crumbs falling on her shirt, and she looked just as confused as the cashier when I asked her if they have zero calorie sweeteners (Splenda, Equal; etc). After telling me, “No, we don’t,” I asked her to put a packet of mayo in the bag with my order, and she said, “we don’t have mayo packets.” I said “Ok”, and she told me to pull up, and they’ll bring my food out to me in a few minutes.” Frustrated, because the aforementioned condiments are always available at Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Zaxby’s, Cookout, Bojangles, and other FF restaurants; I pulled up to wait and didn’t get my food until after 11:20am! ♂️ My fries were cold and hard, not crispy, but stale hard, as if they sat out overnight; plus, they were bland. The sandwich was hot and freshly cooked, but it had no taste AT ALL outside of the pepper seasoning! I was upset they had me wait all that time for tasteless food!
