First submission was discarded by system. Let’s try again. Bought 8 piece bucket. First two pieces were Ok, but the pieces below that were covered with grease to the point that the batter was sliding off. The meat underneath did not look fresh at all. So much grease that it made the bucket heavy. Worst chicken I have had in years. I had to throw most of it away. Would go back to the store to complain, but store is 8 miles away. Check your chicken before you leave store!

Lady at the window was rude for literally no reason, then I asked for ketchup and hot sauce she didn’t put it in the bag but made it a point to say that’s the only two sauces she could give me. Then they bring me this mess was supposed to have 4 biscuits and this is what I got. And they are always rude at that location.

I’ve been to this location only once. The chicken was delicious as always. I have no appetite for their side dishes. They never felt like quality food, but I could be wrong. Always ask for your sauces at the window as they’ve stopped asking or putting them in your order. I always forget to ask and end up going home with no sauces. The fellow that took my order was polite and at least smiled. I wish there was a bucket deal with no sides. In my case I always get the bucket and unfortunately toss the sides. We didn’t go to KFC as often as the prices just don’t make much sense anymore.

I came here on an August 5th, 2023 because I was craving KFC and so was my husband. I tried to order a bucket with just chicken legs and they told they can’t do it because they don’t have the chicken. How are you a restaurant that sells chicken wings and DON’T HAVE CHICKEN?! Also mind you, we are in the poultry capital of the state/country. I work in the restaurant industry and I’m pretty sure they didn’t want to do it because they were about to close. That’s just my opinion. You guys need to do better. If you want business, then I think you should look at how the KFC location in Gainesville is running.

This store on Brown Bridge rd has ALWAYS been the worst KFC in the area . Decided to give them another try today but the coleslaw tasted old and not right. Got thighs instead of breast in my 12 piece meal. Guy wearing the blue kfc polo prepared my meal and really failed and lack of pride in his work . Very upsetting finding out once you get home to realize the person preparing your order and level of food quality was far from the reputation Of KFC this store# D241010 on browns bridge rd is not worthy of representing the legacy of KFC .
