Placed order and waited 20 minutes to get to window. Pay for the order. Wait another 5-6 minutes. Then I get told they didn’t have enough chicken cooked to fill my order. Had to wait additional 20 minutes for more chicken to cook. POPEYES AND BOJANGLES will get my money from now on.

Food was awesome but I was asked to pull over in a line of 6 cars at drive though. WIted 20 minutes in line after paying. There was 9 waiting in pull over line after paying as they added up. All I ordered was one sandwich. I waited patiently. Others did not. They huffed to the window and fussed. As I said, my sandwich was great but it made me late for an important appointment.

We went through a KFC and Taco Bell’s drive-through restaurant. The KFC orders are quicker. 2 cars in front were directed to pull over and wait due to their orders being Taco Bell. The chicken nuggets were delicious!!

There’s really not much to say… It’s KFC… I didnt go there anticipating a fine dining experience… I wanted, and got, a chicken sandwich meal… The food wasn’t spectacular, but it was served hot and was, pretty much, what I expected… The staff was really friendly, they actually seemed like they were happy to be at work… Overall, for me, the visit was a win…

If I could rate it zero stars I would. But my husband and my kids and I came in to eat. This has been the second time that our order was wrong. First time I asked for a Mac and cheese famous bowl. I didn’t realize that they didn’t have those anymore and the guy at the time didn’t tell me they don’t have the Mac and cheese famous bowl. They gave me a famous bowl which I love also there was no pop corn chicken in it and no gravy in it. Now today I come in with my family got a famous bowl it had everything in it except for the corn. Also they lady that worked the register was extremely rude to my husband and I my husband was trying to order and he was as well looking at the menu and said to please hold on a minute she pretty much glared at him like she was fed up with having to wait. That is not the way to treat a customer not to mention she had a bad additude. This really disappointed me.

Don’t bother making a mobile order here. Twice I have arrived after the app said the order was ready. Both times, it hadn’t even been started. They didn’t even know about the order until I told them at the counter. This time it took 20 minutes after the app said the order was ready to get the order….
