This place sucks! Ordered a 3 piece big box and got a rock biscuit and 3 nuggets that were taken from the middle of the sun. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

I would have liked to have given this location a higher rating… but I just can’t. Ordered a 12 piece meal (and a double down, yay!) today via drive thru.

First time back at a kfc in years. I was very disappointed I really wanted green beans and mac and cheese. Got a 12pc tender meal. The tenders were chewy like they were still raw and i asked for 2 mac and cheeses since they dont do green beans anymore and I only got one . the food was also cold. Their signs also has wrong price. Nice people who works there just food isnt worth the price for how bad it was.

I really wanted some Kentucky Fried Chicken. Guess what, I didn’t get any. I didn’t even get a chance to order it. Waited over 20 minutes and no one came to the counter. They were busy with the drive through yet didn’t bother with the dine in customers. I know you can do so much better and if you don’t what’s the point of being open.

Been here several times. Seems they are always out of something. 740pm and out of extra crispy and were not making any more. I prefer original and wife likes the extra crispy. Food has always been good and the place is clean. Just don’t ever seem to get what we want. It is chicken right?

Well we WERE going to get lunch here tomorrow due to a commercial we just saw until I looked at all these reviews. Nope, going to pick up some good old Bojangles instead. I do hope Corporate or the general manager takes these reviews seriously. Dawsonville does not play when it comes to their restaurants! Sounds like a fresh start needs to happen and sad that it has any been open a year or so and the parking lot is aways empty now that the hype of a new store is over and so many better options in the area. It will be closed before long if changes don’t happen soon.

I’ve been going here for my husband and I quite a bit. Earlier this week, I got a chicken pot pie and there was no chicken inside the pie. This evening, I asked for a chicken pot pie meal with macaroni and cheese & a 3 piece meal with mashed potatoes with gravy and barbecue sauce. When I asked the lady on the speaker for barbecue sauce she said “ask for it at the window” I felt like it was super unprofessional of her and the attitude she gave me. She verified that I wanted barbecue sauce when I got to the window. I told her yes please. I did not receive the barbecue sauce and my macaroni and cheese. I asked for a chicken pot pie and received a famous bowl instead. I did not receive my receipt either. My total was nearly $20 just for two combos. This may be the last time I go to this location.

We ordered chicken, and what we got, I guess you could laughingly call chicken… maybe. It was the nastiest piece of “meat” I have ever received in my life. I was feeling especially brave, so I took a few bites, and then decided that my actions were reckless and borderline insane, and so I threw the rest in the garbage. Garbage being the operative word. I can remember 20+ years ago when Kentucky Fried Chicken and Roy Rogers were THE places to go for chicken. And unfortunately Roy Rogers went under about 30 years ago. And their chicken was second to none!

Will most definitely NOT be back. Not only did we get the wrong food the first time, and it was cold, we drove all the way back to get our order fixed and the chicken was complete MUSH, and even my kids were grossed out by the food. You can’t call the place because they don’t answer the phone. They said “no refunds but we will make your order right” how many times does it take to come back to fix the same order. So wasted our money on dinner there and still had to go somewhere else for food. Ridiculous!

The people who work here have no interest in pleasing them customers. When we ordered extra crispy chicken at 6:30 there was none available and we were told it would be 30 minutes to cook it
