Customer service is truly lacking at this location. I waited in a nonexistent line for over 10 minutes with no one asking to take my order. No one was inside restaurant and 1 car at drive through. I will never try to visit this establishment again.

Ordered online at 430pm for 530 pickup. Arrived at 530, was told it would be another 30 minutes til chicken was ready. Empty restaurant, empty drive-thru. No I’m sorry. Told I would have to cancel my own order to get my money back. Called customer service, sat on hold for 25 minutes, went to voice mail. No matter the city or state or day or time of day, it was the typical KFC s***show. Hateful employees, no food ready, a complete waste of my time, and for the last time. I’m done with these clowns for good.

There were two dead bugs, roaches, on the floor near the drink machine so that was a very bad sign for lack of cleanliness there. They really need to take care of that issue since customers are eating inside there

It was the nastiest place I have ever been. Stuff all over the floor. Half eatin chicken and chicken bones on the counter cause the little kids were running around put it up there. Apparently kids were with one of the workers. Employees smoking dope in bathroom. Needless to say I left.

I sat in the drive through for 5 minutes no one came to take the order. Tried the door it was locked. I looked at the time and the store should have been open. I called to verify they were open and was assured by the gentleman who answered that they were in fact open. I went back to the store again sat in the driveway with no response. This time when I went to the door it was unlocked but with a sign saying the system was down. I asked if the sign was correct and they told me yes. Why the person who answered the phone did not say that as well is beyond me. A double waste of gas and poor customer service.

Our family decided to give this location one more chance but it was just awful. Got the $20 fill up and am extra side of Mac and cheese. They either ran out of buckets or “forgot” but the 8 pieces of chicken included not 2 but 6 drumsticks! 6! The Mac and cheese also looked like it had either been cooked way too long or scraped from the bottom as it had several burned and hard pieces. They were also very understaffed the night that we went and took 20+ minutes to get our food, and even though the staff was very polite and nice I still expect so much better when I’m spending $20-30 in food. Our family will not be returning to this location.

Worst experience ever at any KFC location. Cashier and manager need customer service training. Ordered #16 famous bowl for $5.00, and got a pot pie for $5.49. board says $5, not $5.49. Famous bowl and pot pie do not sound alike when said. Cashier refused to correct order, or refund over-charged amount. Spent 5 minutes just trying to get a refund because I was tired of trying to get what I ordered for the right amount, and very poor customer service. I will never go back to this location, nor recommend anyone go here. Get your chicken from anywhere else but this KFC location

How this restaurant remains open is beyond me. Always out of products, waited in dinning room for 10 minutes and never saw 1 employee at 12:45pm. As I was walking out, saw employee in parking lot sitting down on her phone.
