First, this location is only taking fulfilling orders made from online (curbside), or through the drive through. I am glad that we did do this in advanced because I didn’t want to wait. This information, however, should be more present either on the website, or on the windows in big print. There was one notice about it on the counter once you walk in. I placed the order online at 6:30pm. My order update said it was ready at 6:40pm. My husband and I got there about 6:42pm (because it was a short drive and I placed the order while he was driving) my husband walked out the door with our order at 7:30pm. This is ridiculous. Not only did it take almost an hour after it said it was ready, but they didn’t even give us our 6 biscuits that came with the 16 piece bucket meal. One of the sides where also incorrect. I did check the bag before we got all the way home, but it was soo packed, it was hard to notice that all the biscuits weren’t even accountable. My husband even explained he stood there for 30mins before anyone even acknowledged him. Also, he did say that the gentleman was only focused on the drive through and ignore the one at the counter, maybe improper training or her was overwhelmed ). The lady moved him out the way and things went a lot faster…after about 40mins of waiting. The chicken was hot though, and fresh, but it did seem Slightly overcooked because we ordered original and it was a bit crispy, still very good. The side orders were somewhat not as hot. The coleslaw was soupy, but very good. The Mac n cheese tastes like a boxed Mac n cheese, but was decent. We were supposed to have 1 mashed potato and 1 corn also, but instead received 2 mash potatoes. No biscuits. We ate, and filled empty bellies.

This location is great! No matter the time of day I come through, they are awesome. The young lady on the drive-thru is very professional and seems as if she knows me personally. I always ask what they have that just came up or a special and she says” we don’t have a special, but we have some fresh hot crispy that is coming up in a few minutes”. I love it!! And she always makes a polite suggestion if I think I’m at Popeyes for second…lol

Order was done quickly and the woman who took order was so friendly and nice. Our food was super fresh and hot. And for once my order wasn’t wrong unlike the other places I’ve been. McDonald’s they always mess them up. KFC was and always is amazing.

1st time EVER I didn’t have to wait 20+ minutes for an extra crispy 12 piece family meal; however, my 12 piece consisted of 7 drumsticks, 4 thighs and 1 Wing. Supposed to be, according to the menu board and on line: 3 drumsticks, 3 breasts, 3 thighs and 3 Wings. Not. Even. Close

I ordered spicey chicken sandwich and Macaroni yesterday 7 Sept 2021. The sandwich had the wrong type bun with no pickles and no sauce. A small Hamburger Bun at that. I ordered Macaroni for my side. They gave me fries instead.
