A host of restaurants are suffering in one way or another. It’s heart breaking. Quality isn’t given everyday. You pay for your food and never know how it’s going to turn out until you get it home and most times you don’t want to come back out after a long day to complain. The only way to not get disappointed is getting into the habit of cooking it yourself. No one has time to keep losing money. Would have loved to have given a better rating.

The staff at this location are absolute GARBAGE. They advertise a 36 pack of the new nuggets online…but then told us they don’t have that option….but instead have the 12 pack option. They asked what sauce we wanted….these idiots put every sauce they had EXCEPT the ranch we asked for. Save your sanity, go to the other location across town. They’re cleaner and have what they advertise.

Being the ONLY customers at the time (including dining room and drive thru) there was NO REASON to have us pull forward after taking my money and handing me drinks… You were playing Beat The Clock with your drive thru window timer. Corporate should know your average drive thru time for what it is…. not your Cheat Times by having cars pull forward unnecessarily just to shorten the timer cycle. Be honest. Do better.

This particular KFC the food was fresh the service was amazing atmosphere is on point with KFC. Overall when I travel it’s nice to stop into a friendly place and get a really good meal I’ll mark this down as one of those places I can return to next time I’m in Dublin Georgia.

Please take time to find another restaurant to spend your money. Cashier/Ordering was extremely rude, impatient and unprofessional. She was seemingly more concerned with her birthday, as she wore a pink sash than providing service. Order was wrong, missing items and we had to ask several times, and she seemed irritated at us for doing so.
