Grade A… ❤️ there is nothing like the south, great Southern hospitality. I visited this location on August 20 at 6 PM-ish. I can barely walk through the door before a staff member asked someone from the back to assist me. And the staff on the register and drive-through are so attentive and helpful.

Jayllen helped me navigate the KFC app. This young gentleman saw I needed help and he stopped what he was doing and came to the front of the store to assist me.. asked me about the app and reached for my phone to showed me how to navigate around the app to receive special pricing. I really appreciate his kindness and help. Please give this young gentleman a raise in pay. You will make the money back from returning customers like me who appreciates his kindness. Please continue to hire people like Jayllen and no matter how long we have to wait for our food, we will wait without complaining because we know we will be treated with kindness and respect.

I just went through the drive thru and got an 8 piece mix bucket, with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Got back to my hotel. The food was still hot and fresh. The entire staff there is very polite and courteous. The lady working the window was amazing. I got everything I asked for. Kudos to the entire staff.

I ordered a three piece hickory mountain bbq tender and a five-piece Nashville hot tender. Should have taken it back and gotten a refund. The drive thru line was extremely long, after placing my order I had to pull in and sit and wait till they brought it out. The tenders were cold, mash potatoes were spilled and leaking all over the container.The biscuits were smashed.
