Sat and patiently waited for an order for about 30 minutes. It was a simple 8 piece chicken. I watched about 10 or more people come in after me and multiple of them had 8 pieces (I heard the employee say it was an 8 piece when handing it to the other people). So I approached the counter again and asked for a time estimation and she said it would be another 30 minutes. I really think she was just playing around with me just for no reason so I left.

I liked the makeover on the outside of the building (hadn’t been to KFC in a while). Beyond that…the food, service (drive thru), and cost were terrible! Ended up wasting $35 on food we couldn’t eat and had to toss out. This is not the KFC of old. The Colonel would be so disappointed.

Horrible! Waited forever still got pulled around qnd had to wait forever again. Called into store to find out what hold up was and finally got food. It was bone cold and looked liked someone ripped the chicken apart or something worse. As seen in picture posted ths is what it looked like when I opened. Wont be back!

I don’t know how anyone can misunderstand the specific order of “two piece dinner: a thigh and a breast,” but I guess it’s very difficult. Apparently, a chicken drumstick looks just like a chicken breast to some. In all honesty, I’m partly to blame because I didn’t check the order before I got home. I’ll go elsewhere next time I crave chicken.
