The last visit was ridiculous. The lady at the window was rude and rolled her eyes when I asked for the manager to receive the missing nuggets from my meal that I had previously spoken with on the phone about. I was not rude or upset about the situation but for someone who is on the clock for a big chain company.. she needs to be humbled. I wouldn’t pay an employee who acted the way she did. Hope my next visit is better or I will gladly take my business elsewhere as Richmond Hill has plenty of options of local businesses that will proudly serve me and the community.

Big Bones
Went at 9pm tonight. The two “young ladies” were rude as hell taking the order and very unprofessional calling my gf “bruh” at the window. Got home and 1 order had the wrong side, no biggie. We both bite into our drumsticks and they’re raw by the bones. We drive back and the manager already has an attitude before we can even tell her the issue. She takes our order and asks us to pull up and wait by the trashcan. After coming out to tell us they had no more crispy, we edited our order to original, and switch the fries for slaw and smashed potatoes. They Bring it out after 10 more minutes and we head home after looking it over. We get home a rip the thighs open and IT’S BLEEDING. They should have left this KFC unassembled because nobody wants your MEDIUM RARE CHICKEN

came here for a quick lunch on 8/8/2023 because I am busy at work, went through drive thru and ordered my food. I asked what kind of lemonade this place has, and I got the most snotty response I have ever received from someone. got to the window and told the girl I did not mean to be an inconvenience, and even she got a really bad attitude with me. those two little girls should be fired, if those were my employees they would have walked right then. although the food was fresh and pretty good, even for after lunch time, I will not be returning to this location. this location has terrible customer service

Dining room is usually dirty. Frequently out of products. Employees are loud, yelling to each other, and need to learn some etiquette. Chicken is good most of the time but sometimes its dry and not freshly cooked.

This us the BEST KFC that I have ever been to. Since new location has opened the food has always been hot and very good! I placed an online order order last week for the first time and I came in to wait on it. I was on my phone and when they said it was ready I grabbed it and went home. Food was good as always but when I got home I couldn’t find my purse and of course I panicked! Thinking back I remembered I last had my purse when picking up my to go order so I said a prayer and called them up and asked to speak to the manager, I think his name was Terrell or something close to it. He remembered seeing me sitting in that chair and to locked it in a safe place knowing I would call looking for it. I hope his boss sees this review b/c he is AWESOME!!! Thanks again for quality food and trustworthy employees!!!!

The food wasn’t bad. The service was the absolute WORST service I have ever in my life seen. None of the tables were even slightly clean. The girl running the register had an attitude and talked so low that you could barely hear anything she said. She also moped around like she absolutely had nothing to do. They had a whole group of their friends come in and get free food before anyone that had paid for their food. None of them had any kind of clothing or name tag on that indicated they even worked here. Their sodas were all out of syrup. It was just all over the place and no one was helpful.

The aroma as I approached the building was enticing! The food, however, was not. The fries were okay, especially dipped in KFC sauce, but they didn’t seem fresh. The bun to my chicken sandwich was greasy on top and the chicken itself was dry and overcooked. Disappointing.
