I placed an online order for a Family meal. I my wait was only 15 minutes per online. I went to pick it up they pulled me around to park! I literally waited an hour for them to bring my cold chicken. I asked for a refund for when Jordan Simmons told me then don’t give refunds. I asked for a district managers contact and email, he refuses to give that to me as well. I wasn’t the only person with complaints when I walked. This is not the first time I have had issues from this KFC. Everytime I go there is an issue. I want to talk to the upper management.

Just had their new $20 fill-up box. It was thee worst I’ve ever had in my life. 10 minutes after I picked it up, everything was cold. One and done. I’ve been reading other reviews for this place. DISGUSTING… Why doesn’t someone from here reply to these? Because they’re afraid to lose their pitiful jobs. I found the address for corporate, but writing them is a waste of my time. This place should be shut down like Steak and Shake did. Management? Any comments?? I didn’t think so.

This location by far has been the worst for me. There is always an issue. You ask for an item and they give you another. You to have literally check it everytime. The one time you don’t, be prepared. You would think management would take pride in what the employees present to customers, but I guess not. I have not been to this location in several months and decided to try again. Placed an order at the drive thru. Waited patiently while they talked with their backs against the window. Shortly after i was told to drive to the door and someone would bring my food out. 25 mins passed and no one bought my food to my vehicle. I watched at least 5-7 people go to the drive thru/or inside place their orders and receive their food. I sent my daughter inside to check the status of our food and they told her “they didn’t have an order for us”. I went into the establishment with my receipt and asked to please receive my food after waiting almost 30 minutes. I was furious because I was in my pajamas and forced to go inside when I initially went to the drive thru. I was furious. I asked to speak to the manager, Not for a refund but to address their terrible customer service. The manager on duty SHAY refused to speak to me and told the cashier she was busy getting orders out. After i had to wait 30 mins to receive mine. I will not stop until she is held accountable for her actions as a supervisor. She lacks leadership and if she is overwhelmed she should ask for help or simply let them know she isn’t capable of handling the job. Shay’s attitude is terrible & she shouldn’t be in management. I will not stop until corporate does something. Please save your money & don’t waste your time at this establishment!!

Negative stars if possible. These people do not care if you’ve ordered food and the app says it’s ready. You still have to go there and sit and wait. This is not a good location. Ill get chicken elsewhere. Corporate will get a call and we will not be ordering food from this pathetic hole of a restaurant again.

Stopped eating here a while ago because the service is terrible and everytime they forget stuff. Dont ever count on recieving biscuits because it never happens. Tonight i was leaving a near by business and watched the girl working the drive thru window cursing out a customer and then throw a drink and food in their car window. Now they’ve moved on from terrible service to straight up assaulting customers. If your smart youll get your chicken else where.

This is the second time in a month we have had terrible service. The first time I wrote a letter to corporate and received a complaint number. Noone had contacted me about it. My case number is: 01167261. We still tried KFC again because we do like the chicken. This time, we places an order for 16 piece meal with 3 large sides. We did NOT receive the Mac and cheese side OR any biscuits. This is totally unacceptable, and I will be contacting corporate with ANOTHER complaint.
