Walk in -service prompt. Only 2 other customers inside. Very long wait for food, when called my order was ready I checked my order as always. Order was was not mine.Employee additude very bad!! Also observed same to other customers! Management needs to know! Will min of return a I have been regular there for a long time!!!

The store isn’t busy and has plenty of employees hanging around. It took them a minute to figure out I was standing at the counter. The food came out quickly but when I opened the bag the food had literally been thrown in. The box of nuggets were on their side and open, the cold fries were on their side and half dumped out, the biscuit was only half wrapped. I requested butter for my biscuit and was told they don’t provide butter. While I ate my lunch in a dirty booth because the dining room had not been cleaned in awhile, (food in floor, all tables dirty) I watched employees standing in huddles just talking. Definitely not worth stopping at this location again.

Cashier Lisa was very helpful. The Manager was very unprofessional piss poor customer service, with a nasty temperament. My wife and I will not eat at this location again. The Manager didn’t attempt to rectify our order, she just gave us the gas face.

Service is super slow (30 min for an 8 PC family meal) and the staff members are not friendly, inside the floor was so sticky I almost lost a shoe! The food was as good as usual but be prepared to wait and dont reccomend going inside.

1st, the cashier gave me by bowl and closed the window. I set there for my change. I gave her $20.20 for a $6.20 purchase. She looked over then closed the window. She opened the window shortly after to give me my change. I purchased the Famous Bowl. I made it home to find that I only had 4 pieces of little chicken and the rest mashed potatoes and gravy running all over and down the bowl. Horrible! Go to the other KFCs, they give better Customer Service and at least you get the amount of food that you paid for! Not Good at all…save your time and worry less by not going here!
