We will never get KFC again!! It’s our Anniversary and these days money is dear, but we chose KFC as a “treat”. Our food was cold, our corn was BROWN, 2 of our 8 pieces were small wings with very little meat and a lot of breading. We called customer service and we were kept on hold for OVER an hour, only to be told that 50% refund was all they could do, and we could expect that in 72 business hours!!! Very disappointing!

Went at 6 pm on a Friday night. Not a good idea, the dining room was empty but for all the ppl waiting to pick up orders. I was the only one in line but my order was not taken for 20 mins. I had to get chicken tenders because it would be over an hour wait before the bone in chicken would be ready. My order was over 65$, awful service but the food was ok. Will be a while before I go back.

The server got all three orders wrong. Some items were left out in the orders. We were given Pepsi instead of tea, etc. While we understand that the staff was very busy, but having to repeat what we requested several times is not good business. Also the chicken was hard and dry. It was as if it was left out and under a heat lamp.

I just bought the famous bowl meal Which comes with fries and a drink. Then I asked to swap the fries with macaroni and they said OK. I didn’t notice until I got home however that they did not substitute my side, they upcharged me for an extra side and simply didn’t give me fries. So I paid $2.00 extra for a meal.
