I stopped in tonight after a really long hiatus. Let me just say, new management.? Tonight was above and beyond a wonderful experience. Customer service like NEVER before. Everyone was so kind and polite. Very helpful. The food was hot and delicious. Upon, ordering what I wanted I was not told one time I couldn’t have it. Absolutely will add KFC Nashville back to my list of places to stop for eats and good company!

As much as I like KFC I have been disappointed lately with the KFC in Nashville GA.. My wife drives from Lakeland GA. to this KFC on 4/2/23 about 6:00 PM, the chicken was not crispy like we ask very greasy,no one was able to eat it we just threw it away, I know KFC can not make everybody happy!!!!!!

Ordered family meal. Felt that they only gave us 1/2 the fries, and mac and cheese was room temperature. Chicken was what you’d expect from KFC. If you want a family meal worth the price go to Popeyes or Bojangles.

Sloooooooow counter service. Workers don’t pay attention to their customers. No working system. Worker didn’t know the difference between white meat and dark meat pieces. Took almost 30 min to get a really simple order and then it was totally wrong.(

Horrible horrible. Chicken was burnt. Attitude was horrible, sat at the window waiting for them to hand me something for at least three minutes. Looks like the manager handed me my food and when I asked a question, before she could hear me slammed the window in my face, lol. But I’m paying your salary. This is horrible customer service. If you DON’T like your job quit! Numerous items on the menu they did not have and what I usually get they did not offer.

Second trip in a row with incomplete orders. First one through the drive thru ordered 2 twelve piece nugget meals and wound up with 4 piece tenders. 2nd trip 3 days later and go inside and again ordered 2t twelve piece nuggets to go, got home and there were no sauce (I asked for two different kinds) and no biscuit and on top of all that the nuggets were the size of popcorn and cooked to the point that they crunchy.
