I went thru the drive thru which was EXTREMELY SLOW. I ordered my food and did not check my bag. It was one meal… how hard can it be to get it right? I ordered the 5peice tender big box. Supposed to have 5 tenders 2 sides a biscuit and a drink. This costed over $14.00.

I visited KFC on November 5, 2021. The person who spoke to us through the drive thru order board sounded uncheerful, and unwelcoming. We had to keep repeating the order. They were out of the pot pies, so we order something else. The fries looked like they had been cooked earlier and reheated for our orders. The chicken sandwiches were delicious. The fries despite their appearance, tasted good. I give the food 4 stars.

The Americus, Ga KFC has good food, but they somehow got my wife’s simple order wrong every time we went for years. They also consistently give original chicken for crispy and often give mashed potatoes for Mac and cheese orders. They also made me get out of drive through line and go inside to get an online order.

Nealia has a smart mouth. I wasn’t aware you were being paid to give out attitude with the food! I told the attendant at the drive-thru that I had ordered my drink without ice. She proceeded to tell that I was somehow incorrect, but that she would “fix it anyway”. As if I should be grateful when she didn’t hear me! Close your mouth and fix my drink Nealia!!

I placed an order through Door dash on 02/26/22. The door dash driver was very professional, however, KFC did not get my order correct. They forgot our gravy and 4 biscuits which I was charged for. KFC needs to do a better job on getting people’s orders correct. If people pay for items, we should receive them.
