I went to the middleburg location. My ticket number was #1448. I was initially impressed with how quickly my order was ready. But when I got home, and the chicken was horrible. It was boney and the chicken, even the breast tasted like jerky in texture. The breast meat was a strange grayish color. We were missing the fries with the nugget meal. The biscuits lacked the flaky crust on the top. It was overall a very disappointing experience. This is definitely not the service and quality we are accustomed to eating when we get chicken at Kfc. My husband barely ate, I then said something about the disappointing quality of the food. My husband said I thought the same, but I didn’t want to be upset you spent so much on dinner and it was terrible. I can only surmise the food had been sitting out along time, or possibly cooked several times to reheat the product. It was so dry and disgusting.

I quit going to this location for a long time then thought I would give it another try. We walked in to about 5 crew members sitting in the lobby. They were loud, playing loud music on their phones. They were cussing and made us feel very uncomfortable. We sat down with our food next to the other couple who was dining in. The yells and phones got louder. The other couple slammed their tray and walked out mumbling how they will never come back. The chicken was cold and soggy. We are really done with this store this time.

My biggest and only complaint is price, and that’s no fault of theirs- it’s the higher ups. We stopped in for two meals, and it cost us $20. 3 piece tenders with fries and drink. 2 legs with coleslaw and drink. The food was fresh, and tasty. Better than our last couple visits (not at this location). The drive through attendant pleasant. We did have to wait a minute or two. I’m guessing they keep stay to a minimum.

I’ve had problems with my last three visits. They have the same guy working drive-thru who doesn’t speak English very well and also seems to have a hard time understanding it which makes placing and getting an order correct very challenging. Side items are also barely filled so don’t be surprised to open a container and find it only half filled.

Update its been two years since last visit and things have NOT changed. If I was Not on way out town I would return grease food. Now I know why so many napkings in bag, To sop up grease. So do yours a favor and drive another mile to Popeyes , zaxbys, heck Hardees . It was not edible. SMH………
