This is the smallest thigh i have ever seen, much smaller than a drum, don’t think this should even count as one of the 2 pieces maybe 1/2 a Piece at best. Haven’t been here in a while got the 2 piece grilled chicken and was very let down to get this as my thigh, you can see the drumstick bone dwarfing it. Most everything else was as expected. Could fit the thigh inside the side dish with room to spare. The staff was very pleasant though.

Good service however our order was completely incorrect and we were charged for fries that actually came with the combo. But, they were friendly about the mix-up. The establishment was pleasant to read about with all the KFC history posted on the walls. The dining room was very clean including the bathroom.

Food was fine (just fine), but the service was absolutely horrible. I was truly shocked at how bad it was. Went through the drive through and was rushed when giving my order. The man taking the orders constantly cut me off. I asked for sauce and he said “Just ask for it at the window”. I wanted to add a drink to my order but he ignored me and told me to pull forward. I should note that nobody else was in line so there was no need for him to rush. I got a portion of the food, and the same man acted as if that was it. I had to not only remind him to give me my other bag (which was right in front of him?) but I also had to ask for my sauce. I will definitely be contacting corporate about this.

I decided to try this KFC location today and I am so glad that I did! Their customer service is EXCELLENT and the 8-piece mixed ORIGINAL bucket that I got was DELISH & OUTSTANDING! It was THE BEST KFC Original Chicken that I’ve had in years!!! Great job to that crew today!!!! Simply AWESOME!!!

Got a bucket of chicken and a nugget combo. Got the drink, not the nuggets or fries. Tried to call during the day, before opening. Nada. Even used the link on receipt. Got a reply back and sent my receipt. Been two weeks plus and no reply back. It’s not 1995 prices anymore. Popeyes seems to be the go to chicken for my family now.

I went thru drive through was shorted $5.00 of my change tried to call no answer the 4 bills I was give where waded up like you were throwing out trash and I was not ask about my drink when I got to window and I ask he said I ordered Pepsi I am diabetic I never order soda at all. 8 crewmembers (perhaps more in kitchen back area) milling about Sunday 4:10pm. I waited patiently at front cashier perhaps 8-10 minutes to see who would take my order. Interestingly, a crewmember lady (perhaps ‘supervisor’) asked me if I’d been helped, I said ‘no.’ She asked crewmember who said it wasn’t her job. Another said he was on break. Another said she wasn’t clocked in. I saw no supervisory presence. KFC original recipe 8 piece fried chicken seemed overly-breaded. Pondering future KFC visits.

Tried the new chicken sandwich today and it was delicious! Bun and sauce were great and chicken was tender and had a perfect crisp. Fries were ok. Ordered a Diet Coke and instead received a Dr Pepper. Double checked receipt and it said Diet Coke. Should of done a taste test before I left… I was on my lunch break and didn’t have time to turn around to get it corrected. Ended up throwing it out and purchasing a Diet Coke at the soda machine at work. Service was quick and customer service was ok.
