The staff was very friendly, and the dining room was somewhat decently clean. My only issue is. The food was not fresh. It was still good, like it was made probably 30 minutes prior. And left in the heater. But I think when someone specifically asks for fresh food, they should get it.

I’m actually rating this location a zero. They have terrible customer service, which I have experienced on 2 occasions this year. The 1st bad experience I went inside to order and I wasn’t acknowledged at all. They continued to work on drive thru orders, so I left after 10 minutes or so. There were customers after me that followed suit. I opted for Taco Bell instead, which was right up the street.

This place is a joke. They don’t know the difference between a chicken breast and a chicken thigh. We ordered two number ones which is 22 piece dark. They tried to pass off the breast that size. Then they said oh wait no we don’t have any thighs. We also mention that we didn’t have any biscuits. Oh wait, we don’t have any biscuits either. This place needs a “take charge” manager and crew that are proud to be employed here. I won’t speculate why none seem to care or be concerned about being replaced. Though our orders were repeated at least three times, they were not correctly filled until returning from the parking lot. We had ordered our meals to-go, then decided to eat at a booth, but quickly changed our minds after seeing that none were clean, (all were sticky).
