Ordered a pick-up order. I arrived later than the time said because I saw that this place is veryy behind. Upon getting there, there was a line of cars waiting by the curb and a few people were also waiting inside. The orders were extremely backed up and the staff didn’t seem to be in a rush whatsoever. I finally got my food after 15 minutes (keep in mind I ordered this food an hour ago. I should have been ready when i got there). I get home to see that the 5pc tender combo i ordered is missing the side AND the sauces. I only get a biscuit and tenders!?! All that time to make the food and you couldn’t even do it right? Disappointing and shameful. Do better!! I’m very Dissatisfied and would NOT recommend this place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS KFC!!

There’s a drive through here. Since there’s a long lineup of cars we go inside to get our chicken sandwiches. We are asked to wait 10 minutes to get fresh ones made. That’s ok with us. Well it turns to be a 20 minutes’s wait. There seems to be a bit of issues in prioritizing and organizing. The restaurant is very clean. The decorations are nice and fun. They messed up the order a little. At the end it’s all worth it. They are juicy crunchy big and delicious.

I’m updating my review from a two-star to a 5 star. I tried this place six months ago and I was not happy at all. Tonight’s visit staff were so friendly. Store was super clean. Food was fresh and awesome taste and not greasy at all. Front desk cashier was pro, hayden. Overall it’s nice to see such great improvement. Definitely coming back. Tried the 2 for 5 chicken wraps it was a really good.

I waited with other customers. When food arrived it was half cold and half hot. missing items. Tried to get some to help but it took a lot of time. By the I get everything fixed my portion was cold and not to tast standards.

My daughter stole my 3 piece chicken leg meal..and said it was the best KFC has. She said the biscuit was the best she’s ever had. Usually the service here is subpar but today was great. I actually was going to get a sub next door but order taker talked me into getting a 3 piece.

My family and I went to the one on Granada in Ormond. It wasn’t pleasant! We waited for our food for 25 minutes and when we got it the food we ordered was wrong. We asked to get the write order and the took them at least 5 more minute to get that. Will never go back again. They were not friendly acted like they did not want to be there. Not a nice atmosphere. Will never there again.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. I ordered a pick up order that was supposed to be ready at 5:28 that I spent 54 dollars on. It is now 6:14 and it’s still not ready but they have cleared 10 cars from the drive through that weren’t here when I got here. When I asked the manger why my order wasn’t ready and they said drive through is priority we are working on it. They need to fire everyone here and start over because the employees are rude and walking food outside then coming back in and not washing their hands and then they are coming in and boxing up food and then walking back out to cars with food and yet my food still isn’t done. When I asked for a refund they told me they are working on my food now also three more cars have pulled up to the drive through and left but my food still isn’t ready. I just spoke with the manager that was rude and told me I’m not understanding her it’s not her fault that my order never came up on their system. She told me 3 times i wasn’t understanding her.

I ordered a meal deal and was told they were out of biscuits. Instead of offering a replacement I was told that I could just come back anytime and get a biscuit. My friend ordered a soda with no ice. At the checkout window my friend expressed that she didn’t want or order, ice and the employee insisted that she ordered light ice instead of just changing the soda. Then when I got back to eat my lunch I realized I had been given fries instead of mashed potatoes. When I called the restaurant, once again the employee was rude and insisted that I had ordered the fries. I did not. She was extremely rude and condescending and did not offer a solution. So, my lunch box ended up being 3 stale chicken strips. All of this would have been okay if it were not for the extreme rudeness of the employee.
