I ate there today on my lunch break and I must say that the lady at the window is extremely rude and should not be serving customers at all. I got to the window and have her my card and she handed it back. Before she handed me my two drinks, she proceeded to tell me that I need to lean out of my window because her leaning out of the window so far is hurting her stomach. She is always rude. She also told me there was a 15 minute wait on chicken and when I pulled up to wait it was only 5 minutes. She never gave me any straws for my drinks, the chicken was soggy, and of course there were no utensils in the bag when they brought out my food. This place is a joke and somebody needs to do something about it!

The drive through lady today around 4pm is rude. I had my elderly auntie who is wheel chair bound and my new born baby in the back seat I just got out the hospital and I wanted kfc she didn’t even give me time to look at the menu kept asking me am I ready to order we wasn’t even there a minute before she say not trying to be rude but yal can come inside because we are on a timer and you are taking too long to order I told her you didn’t even give me time to look at the menu and y’all not supposed to tell us about your timer lady told me you can gone on and eat somewhere else have a good day so I went across the street to Popeyes

The food is good if you can take it home and put it in your aryfryer. If not, your chicken and fries will be soggy. The biscuits are always dry, but I like them that way. I usually go to this location and get great service and okay food, but I have an airfryer and the day I went the people in there wanted to play around with one another rather than work, my fries were forgotten I was told to pull around and someone would bring them out and after 10min I went in to get my fries which were left out catching a cold. I won’t be back.

Do yourself a favor and go across the street. Don’t go to this KFC. Popeyes is right across the street. It looks like they were having fun with my food, chicken tenders scored to resemble T-Rex and chicken inside my coleslaw. I called complained, KFC gave me the number to the franchisee person. They called me 3 months later left a message without a phone number. I take it nobody really cares multiple reviews saying the same stuff how many more do they need before something changes. I picked KFC over Popeyes any day but not not anymore.
